I don’t see the point in impeachment. Yes, of course Trump deserves to be impeached and removed from office. But things are never as simple as we would like them to be. Barr, acting in bad faith, ran circles around the Dems with the release of the Mueller report. If the Dems are as disorganized with impeachment hearings as they have been battling Barr then impeachment will be a disaster and will backfire completely. Besides, it’d go nowhere in the Senate. McConnell is McConnell. Forget it.
All impeachment would do is rile up Trump’s “base” and give them ammunition to paint the Dems as obstructionist, bitter, blah blah blah. And you know what? The GOP stays on message and has an entire network blasting their message 24/7. It’ll work and will likely put “swing” voters at risk.
2020 is going to be an incredibly nasty election. Trump and the GOP are going to use every trick in the book. All efforts and energy must be focused on winning the election. Pelosi can best help with that mission by having the various committee Chairmen put constant pressure on the administration. Ideally resulting in a consistent drip of news illustrating just how corrupt this administration is.

After the mueller report why does the leftists in the House continue obstructing the administration with investigations going no where? Why is it they continue to allow unlimited immigration via the southern border? 1400 are released into the US daily as IC lacks facilities to detain them? Why is it the disaster on the border isn’t addressed by the House?

This has to be a troll post right? I mean there’s no response to anyone from “Sooner” and no actual evidence to support an impeachment. Just blanket statements like, “He deserves to be impeached” and “as new information comes to light”. No facts about anything…no reasons why and no information. This is the same type of bs the kids at my college say when they claim Trumps racist and when I ask why they say they don’t want to talk about politics.
