Uh no it is not! I am a lawyer by profession and I have went over that report with a fine tooth comb! That entire report isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on! You do much to expose your ignorance on such subject matters!
Mueller identified 10 criminal acts of obstruction of justice and abuses of power in volume 2 and clearly stated that the only reason Trump was not charged was the DOJ’s opinion not to charge a sitting POTUS…Mueller stated in front of Congress that Trump could be prosecuted once he left office if the statute of limitations did not run out by then. You need to watch something other than FOX News or a Sinclair station or you will be misinformed.
Name the law that Robert Mueller missed prosecuting.
What criminal code was that a violation of. Let’s see if you have anything besides hatred.
Sorry by I simply doubt peeps making personal " claims"over the net. Given your posts & biases, I simply doubt you have ever read the Mueller report in full. Over 2000 ex-federal prosecutors signed a letter stating Trump obstructed justice on multiple occasions.
I see that you are looking for any limb to grasp…maybe even a straw ;)!
Thankfully we do not convict people based on consensus, except by a jury who heard ALL the evidence. Give it a rest.
You simply are unable to handle the truth.
Ad hominem attack rather than addressing the question?
The truth will set YOU free. You spend too much time watching MSM
Baiting requires skill, try harder.
Just asking a question you can not or will not answer. We are done.
Typical response! Let’s cite the law then ok? I am more than happy to make a fool of you based on your ignorance! Go ahead and list what specifically in the report is prosecutable!
Secondly any lawyer can say anything in the court of public opinion, convincing a grand jury with enough compelling evidence is another, which in this case there isn’t any otherwise congress (WBTW) who most members are lawyers would have already exploited this facet for impeachment proceedings based on criminal conduct. This is where your ignorance is being exposed on the most basic understanding of how the law works and is going to be priceless to see how you argue this. I suspect you will be performing some type of double speak constructed from the mental gymnastics that liberals so often do in order to make themselves look smart! Go ahead!
If you read the Mueller Report like you claim, then can you explain in what context case law 505 US 788 800-801 is referring to?
or 797 F.3d 1122, 1132?
Lets see if you can put your money where your mouth is!
Congress can’t prosecute anyone.
Which isn’t a crime. He paid his lawyer and that isn’t a crime anywhere.
No he didn’t not on either point.
He identified possible obstructive acts that some might see as OJ but did not identify any of them as crimes.
I doubt you have the credibility nor the credentials to cite laws or the law, but, that’s actually irrelevant. The Mueller Report clearly states in vol 2 that there are 10 cases of obstruction of justice and abuse of power. Mueller also stated that Trump could be charged once out of office.
In addition the report clearly comments that Mueller could not rule of the the obstruction of justice was not successful.
You can try to muddy up the water with talking points till the cows come home but the Mueller Reports is very clear in the evidence it lays out in volume 2. To argue differently is to put Trump above the law and hence, the constitution. That’s not what America is about, but that’s merely my opinion.
Because of the DOJ opinion brief, so he then left it as a road map for congress.
Wrong, he never said any such thing. What he did say was that it was up to him to investigate and see if charges could be brought and up to Barr to decide whether or not to go forward with same.
There was no obstruction of justice cited.
If what you claim is true, why didn’t Mueller (not a fan of Trump’s) recommend any impeachment?
