Contrary to the accepted view that Buddhism originated in India / Nepal, I think Buddhism has a Central Asian (or even further western) origin.

Plato, the Greek philosopher, did speak of reincarnation and taught that philosophy (Not the kind taught in universities today) is the shortcut to the loving Creator God.

Interesting study. I don’t drink everyday, but my wife needs to see this as she likes to drink her glass of wine daily.

I don’t know. Where people live long, they always drink something alcoholic.

Around the Mediterranean and in the Caucasus, there is always wine. (I can’t stand commercially available French wine which is full of chemicals.)

In anccient Egypt, construction workers were paid by beer, and the sherds we find in archaeology digs in Iraq, the sites of anciet Sumerians and Akkadians, were jugs that contained beer.

Not long ago, mainstream medicine trashed choleterol and salt, but it was all BS. And tobacco too.

French wines are full of chemicals?

That’s what my stomach says.

The Rothschilds have the monopoly on French wines. I sure hope it’s just another conspiracy theory. LOL

It may work, it may not.

The numbers that this Doctor is throwing around is pretty staggering and is evident that America is a very ill country both from a nutritional aspect and a mental one as well.

The one good thing about being from Europe is the banning of a lot of American made foods that have garbage ingredients that we were not exposed to. I think they designed to make everybody sick and dependent on the medical industry. A system that feeds the wealthy and bankrupt the poor.

The Chinese and Vietnamese fishermen inject chemicals into their catch: fish and shell fish.
I can’t trust anything coming from Vietname / China.
If you get a chance, you should interview them.

I hope Thailand is OK, because I love Thai food.

What this chart doesn’t tell you is the period of time needed for any of it to work. I’ve done the Turmeric and apple cider vinegar thing. Neither works for what the chart says… at least not for me. Baking soda and water works better and faster for heart burn.

I’m sure if you were to take these things on a daily basis for a long period of time you would see bennefits. I could only do the vinegar for about 5 weeks before I got tired of putting myself through it. :joy:
