I too did the vinegar thing and couldn’t keep consistent with it. All the other stuff on this list works great for me.

I haven’t tried, but I heard (apple cider) vinegar works great for foot fungus (athlete’s foot).

I am glad I don’t have to date anymore, but this video is right on the mark when it comes to Western women. “They are like the 2008 housing bubble” and more men are catching on that most are undateable by today’s standards. Men are also starting to realize their self worth is more spent in isolation and focusing on the self is the way to go for a more fulfilling life of personal growth and prosperity. What this video also illuminates on is the symptoms of indoctrination in Western society has led to its decline when women whose value and contributions is becoming less and less.

I happened across this pod cast with Jessie Inchauspé . I watched the entire thing. Very informative. It’s long, but worth the time.

I have watched only 1:40 instead of 1:40:00 or so. And I watch the rest later.

First off, number one cause of infertility is the parasites. Protozoa in the uterine/ovary area.

As for sugar, I myself don’t have sugar in the kitchen as I drink tea and coffee black — not that I like them bitter, but I want to keep my sugar consumption level low. Once you start making coffee and tea sweet, it becomes a habit.

I like Canadian maple syrup, but where I live, the price is just prohibitive.

I wonder if Kennedy will end up being assassinated because of his stance on our food?

Probably not for food, but for the covid vax.
Didn’t Trump endorse the vax? I’m quite puzzled.
If you can scroll back the posts 3-4 years back on this site (on the plandemic and the coming vax), you see we didn’t know then what we know now.

Trump made the vax happen with his ‘warp speed’ initiative. Not a good thing in hind sight. But, as you said… we didn’t know then what we know now.

Trump was asked about Kennedy and if he had concerns about having him in his administration on the recent Joe Rogan podcast. Trump showed a little trepidation regarding big pharma.

Wisdom comes to you in life, but oftentimes very late, even too late when you’re near death.
