The thing with these that makes them problematic, is they are hard to detect on radar, and when they are released, Russian Bombers don’t have to fly into Ukraine airspace. The fact that they have so many of these in stock, its pretty cheap to recommission them with the retro fitting of GPS guidance system. The Patriot missile battery which is Ukraine’s most advanced anti-air defense system are pretty useless against them as well.
