That was a nation wide, institution wide easing for everyone, for everything. This is a targeted program to certain areas that need it and only for certain things. There are probably some protections built in too.

It doesn’t change the fact that the white working class and poor are an actual group that has not received the attention or support that minority groups have received under the Trump administration.
Hispanics and blacks are receiving a lot of attention while poor and working class (paycheck to paycheck) whites are not. Saying so isn’t racist. It’s a fact.
Instead of creating programs to help specific racial groups - why not help everyone? That’s the issue. If some groups are going to receive special attention and assistance programs - why aren’t other groups who are facing the same socio-economic challenges receiving assistance?

First of all, regarding the program that this thread is all about: The main pillar of the plan, the pillar on which the entire 2 page document rests, says: “Increase access to capital in black communities by almost $500 billion”
It does NOT say it will “provide” capital. It says it will increase “access” to" capital. That means it will be easier for them to take out loans to start businesses and do other things. This is not a giveaway you half-witted twits. At most, it is an easing of requirements needed to get loans. All the “projections” in the documents of jobs and new businesses and all that are based on them taking out loans and doing it themselves.
