This sure ties in with Epstein.
■■■■ kidnapping and sacrificing children was not just an urban legend in Europe.
I heard exactly the same story from a Palestinian mother.

Mushrooms of the sea!

I had forgotten about Superkarts, I have never driven one. :+1:

From what I remember they use motorcycle engines, have brakes on all four wheels and have aero bodywork; but the chassis is essentially similar to any other kart.

The Superkart is the arena where the vehicle starts to weigh the same or more than the driver, mainly due to the engine/gearbox delivering 100bhp or more.

I have a number of health tips that may be interesting or even useful. Maybe I’ll just post some every now and then. :slightly_smiling_face:

Vitamin C supplements.

Did you know the Vitamin C that comes in a pill is most likely to be ascorbic acid, which is not vitamin C? You can make ascorbic acid by adding sulphuric acid to corn starch. You can get very high doses in a pill, up to 1000mg, but you can bet that is all synthetic and nearly all or all ascorbic acid. Sometimes they may add a little rose hip to it to make it sound natural.

Vitamin C is a complex in its natural form. It contains other more obscure vitamins, like K, J and P (bioflavonoids) and minerals. The ascorbic acid is there as a vehicle for the complex. If you took a high dose ascorbic acid, you will see deficiencies in the complex, so it is actually achieving the opposite of what you believe it is doing. So why does it seem to work for colds? That is to do with the acid factor. However you would be better off taking apple cider vinegar. When you see products like Lemsip with 500mg Vitamin C, which they have to legally state as ascorbic acid, you know you are being conned! At least the paracetamol would help you feel better.

So to conclude, there isn’t really a substitute for getting your vitamin C from food, so eat plenty of fruit and veg!

Allergies

There is a genetic tendency for allergies. There is a link between a mutation in an enzyme called MTHFR and the presence or susceptibility to allergies. MTHFR is the enzyme responsible for the absorption of certain B vitamins, primarily folic acid (B9). Folic acid is present in dark green leafy vegetables. If you have this mutation, no matter how much dark leafy greens you eat, you may still be deficient.

You can take methyl folate, which is the more bioactive form of folic acid, to address this. Also B12 (methyl version) and B6 would help.

Blood libel starts at 45 - I’m still trying to get my head round this stuff and I’m really struggling with it.

Blood libel is real.
Eustace Mullins, whom I knew personally, said six million Christian children have been murdered by ■■■■ after they invaded Europe and such records were kept in monasteries.
That’s why ■■■■ were eager to attack such monasteries and destroy the record.

Six million is a staggering number, given the population of Europe was much smaller in medieval times.

The bubonic plague (black death) was spread purposely in Europe, but it’s another story.

Bubonic plague mutated to pneumonic plague. It is the same plague but now it has infected the respiratory system of humans, and was therefore spread easily by sneezing and coughing.

The black death which decimated the population of Europe more than once is generally blamed on rodents from Central Asia. But this somehow doesn’t hold water.

Who knew about such a disease in Central Asia and who traded there back and forth around that time? The Khazars.

It was originally spread by flea-bites, until it appeared in the human respiratory tract. It then became airborne, but that does not stop it from continuing to be spread by flea bites. It is just that the airborne system is more efficacious amongst humans.

If you want to use pest as a biological weapon, you can do a few things using some of the characteristics below:

  • droplet contact – coughing or sneezing on another person
  • direct physical contact – touching an infected person, including sexual contact
  • indirect contact – usually by touching soil contamination or a contaminated surface
  • airborne transmission – if the microorganism can remain in the air for long periods
  • fecal-oral transmission – usually from contaminated food or water sources
  • vector borne transmission – carried by insects or other animals.

Contaminating the community wells of enemy villages and towns is an effective way to spread the disease.

Further to my earlier question and answer…

Why do runners have relatively low body fat but weightlifters don’t? Why do the lazy lard arses in the gym stay fat despite being there a lot?

Fat burning

Glucagon is a hormone produced by the pancreas and has the opposite function to insulin. Whereas insulin takes glucose to the fat cells, glucagon releases energy from the fat cells for the muscles to burn.

What triggers glucagon? Exhaustive exercise. Yep. Lifting a few weights or going for a walk isn’t going to do it.

So bust your gut and the fat will melt. No pain, no gain. :stuck_out_tongue::joy:

Interesting that my posts on the cause of the American Civil War have been deleted, so I post some of them here.
