The Rabbit Hole

Of course I don’t have a skinny neck, I have a heavy brain. :stuck_out_tongue: When I bought my latest ski helmet with visor, I sorted all the choices by weight and went for the lightest one. Every gram counts! I don’t like the GoPro on my head, not that it is heavy, but it is with the angular momentum!

In an auto car, I use manual, unless in traffic, coasting on the motorway or accelerating hard. When a certain someone brakes without changing down, it hurts my neck and I will complain; the complaining relative to the severity of the braking. I really hate that! So… I get my own back and throw mine around in sports mode. I have been known to make people sick, only after I have stopped and they got out though.

I think I can answer my own question. FGF hormones are increased during cardio exercise, but not during weight training.

Animal studies have shown that, as well as helping with muscle growth, FGF19 can aid weight loss, reduce fats and glucose levels in the liver, and improve use of insulin.

Further to the comment made above that high intensity is aging, I have had more thought:

  1. Cortisone is produced at times of stress. The body cannot distinguish between mental stress and physical stress. It is the fight or flight response and it primes the body to do one or the other. In other words, it releases energy to be utilised imminently. If the stress is mental, obviously the body goes nowhere and so then there is all that glucose stuck in the bloodstream. That is then a job for insulin to send it to the fat cells, so more insulin and more fat. If the stress is physical, then the glucose would be used, as it is intended to be. If you are tired mentally, but not physically, you will have trouble sleeping. If you are tired physically, you will sleep well.

  2. This leads onto the subject of the human growth hormone (HGH). Growth hormone is primarily produced during sleep. Its function includes building muscle, reducing fat and regulating insulin. It is known as the anti aging hormone. Children produce a lot of it and it declines with age.

High intensity exercise is the most efficient way of producing more growth hormone.

Research has proven the release of Growth hormone (EIGH) during training episodes produce benefits that last hours after the exercise has occurred. Studies have shown the presence of HGH in the system of the tested athletes up to two hours post workout. Those benefits target adipose tissue (body fat) while promoting lean body mass. While there are many ways to induce the HGH effect during exercise, High intensity interval training (HIIT) is the most effective way to release EIGH. This naturally occurring Growth hormone is often referred to as the “fitness hormone”.

[EIGH = exercise induced growth hormone]

…and you’d be wrong about most of what you posted here also. You have no real sense of logic. You are what I and several of my learned friends call a dumb ass.

I once had a lawyer that drove a superkart…one that had two engines , no seat belts and virtually no ground clearance. He invited me to attend a race session he was participating in one weekend at Road Atlanta.

At the time, I believe the track record there was held by a kart. Their lightness, tremendous acceleration and quick steering puts them in a class of their own in more ways than one.

This is what the satanist use.

Why don’t they make it in labs?
I bet it’s legal and cheaper

The wealthy elite use blood transfusion from children. Children’s blood contains a load of ‘hormones’ and other stuff which is missing from adults. One or two celebrities have alluded to using such products referring to them as ‘blood work’ or similar. I can’t remember any names at the moment so I shall not repeat any here.

The last time I wrote about this I postulated that the ‘product’ was probably sourced either from desperate families (slums in Brazil or India) or from disappearing children provided by (and I have no proof of anything) the likes of Epstein (r.i.h.).

Given the exploitative view that some members of mankind have of their species, nothing would surprise me although I am still appalled by some things I hear or read.

Interesting article on HGH the anti-ageing miracle. Just goes to show that plenty of sleep is really the answer.

Yes it is sleep, but it is also the quality of sleep. My point was that being physically tired makes you sleep very well!

I don’t think synthetic growth hormone is a substitute; it comes with a lot of side effects you don’t want. Doing high intensity cardio produces a lot of GH and of course, that would make you sleep very well too.

So, as for high intensity exercise being ageing, it is actually the opposite. The mistake most people make with anti ageing is they focus too much on the external; surgery will make you look weird, not younger, the idea of injecting poison into your skin (botox) is just crazy and no creams work. All the creams and stuff can ever do is pump a bit more moisture into the skin, which gives a temporary effect. And of course it is a huge industry. It is far better to look on the inside.

Eh wut? Is that for real? :flushed:

Remember the movie: Monsters Inc.?

I read half of that. That’s all I can manage. What is going on? With the Brexit crap going on too, I feel like I have crossed over into some evil, loony parallel universe. I want to get out!

It’s an upsidedown kingdom. All the rituals where they sacrifice virgins were to Satan.
That is still going on.

Just pray to the Creator to protect you and your family and keep the faith!

One prime example of the Elite and the famous drug is the example of Al Gore. Al Gore while using the airport was said to be carrying suitcases filled to the brim with Adrenochrome.
