I have read them and they do not and cannot make criticism of Israel illegal that would be an abject violation of The First Amendment.

As a gov’t employee she’s absolutely bound to follow the laws of the state and anti discrimination laws are completely constitutional.
She was however contractually bound to a higher standard as are all teachers. If their actions put the school district in an indefensible position with respect to discrimination they have to be gone.

Excellent point. Look at how cleanly our two sides cleave. Those born today no longer have the option of straddling both sides of the crevasse that has widened beneath us. All must choose a side. And our side is the one that, from an evolutionary standpoint, is engaged in successful behavior.
