You ignore Mick’s repeated denial and his explanation of the left’s spin of one word in his statement, also the denials from all of Ukraine’s official. You took a word, out of context, rather than the totality of the evidence, as I did with you, taking your statement ‘out of context’. How does it feel?

Of course he ignores the reality that the statements were walked back as it destroys his ability to rant and rave like a lunatic.

“Quid Pro Joe” Ha! Trump is a Troll master!:rofl::rofl:

You need to work on your comprehensive reading skills because the “get over it” comment Mulvaney made was in reference to the way global Governments do business all the time and it was not specific to the Ukraine phone call.

I don’t ignore anything. Nor does Trump who is increasingly frustrated with his acting COS. It’s also funny how the red hatters are ok with Mulvaney “walking back” (read reversing) what he said. No, Mulvaney didn’t say the Latin, quid pro quo, he used the English, this for that. He also belligerently claimed that its common practice for the government and in his smug way telling everybody to “get over it”.

Francis Rooney, is one of many republicans acknowledging the magnitude of Mulvaney’s admission.

And then there’s the text messages from the US envoy to Ukraine expressing his alarm in the presidents withholding of security aid until Ukraine agreed to investigate his political rivals, along with many other evidences of Trump’s abuse of office in this regard.

Except that the US government DOESNT do business that way all the time, at least not legally.

Set tight, current and former US officials involved with Ukraine, Trump’s QPQ, the attempted cover ups/walk backs and the failed attempts to reign in his abuse of power are lined up for testifying all week.

Now you resort to a straw man to avoid discussing the facts. Democrats are denying any semblance of due process and open inquiry in the current lynch mob proceedings.

It’s not my opinion, it’s the fact House Democrats will not allow a floor vote on an impeachment inquiry. If approved by a simple majority, Republicans would have the ability to call witnesses and subpoena evidence. Instead , Democrats interview only witnesses they hope will criticize Trump behind closed doors then selectively leak portions of their testimony. Objectively it’s not an impeachment inquiry, it’s a lynch mob dressed up as Congress.

No, I’m satisfied that you’d accept no impeachment inquiry from the democrats as legitimate.

Nor is it constitutionally required.

Fox News (News, not referring to the opinion heads early morning/late night) isn’t buying Mulvaney’s bs either.

Not legally…really! Tell that to quid pro quo Joe Biden! He’s the one on record bragging about how he and his boss Obama blackmailed Ukraine to fire a prosecutor.

Hilarious that certain partisan hacks would use Chris Wallace, a known gate keeper of the swamp to propagate a false narrative to double down on! Some people have no problem exposing their limited ability and ignorance to decipher what is really the truth due to their incessant need to spout their hyperbole to satisfy their make believe comic heroes alternate realities they perpetuate for themselves on a daily basis!

White House chief-of-staff Mick Mulvaney appears on Fox News Sunday with swamp gatekeeper Chris Wallace. As customary Wallace uses the Share Blue talking points, one example: Notice how Wallace says “a statement from a senior justice department official”, then puts up an “anonymous” quote. Official statements from the DOJ are not anonymous

If it wasn’t so funny watching the regular cracker jacks make asses out of themselves, I actually would feel sorry for them for their mental deficiencies on display here is epic!

Diplomacy is built on QPQ. Take Obama’s agreement with the Iranian theocracy. The US offered to lift trade sanctions on Iran in return for concessions designed to delay their nuclear weapons development. This exchange of considerations is at the heart of diplomatic agreements.

Oh but wait, Biden has double secret immunity from investigation into the payoff scheme with his son.

Blackmailed??? Um no, he bragged of no such thing. Care to produce an audio of him bragging that he “blackmailed” the Ukrainian government.

What he did, that’s completely legal, that US administrations do all the time, is to withhold aid due to bad behavior. There were those in the Ukrainian government disenchanted with the prosecutor over corruption, as well as the IMF and other EU members.

The difference in what Trump did is that his this for that wasn’t for the good of Ukraine or US interests at large, but a this (security aid) for that (investigation of the front runner challenging his seat) which separates the two.

Red hatters aren’t expected to see the difference as Trump can certainly do anything (including murder) and retain their support.

:man_shrugging:

For the good of the country, US interests at large, not the express personal advancement of the president.

If there’s an appearance of a crime committed by Joe Biden, then by all means, investigate him as well and prosecute if deserving.

But that’s a whole other matter than Trump’s ‘this for that’ which is being investigated.

Your opinion of what I think versus the fact the Democrat lynch mob won’t observe any standard of due process and insists on closed door hearings so the public can’t observe their kangaroo court. Sorry, your unsupported opinion pales to insignificance.
