Basically, Pelosi has no case, knows this, and doesn’t want to get humiliated in the Senate. That’s why she won’t send the pointless Articles of Impeachment over - but guess what - the Senate can proceed without them.
By refusing to let the impeachment process move to the Senate, Pelosi is actually doing more to benefit the country and safeguard the constitution that any of the Senate Republicans are planning to.
The facts are on Trump’s side. Just about everyone has seen the video of Joe Biden bragging about blackmailing Ukraine to protect his son. We have the fucking transcript. And just like everyone knows Epstein didn’t kill himself, we all know who the fucking whistleblower is: Eric Ciaramella. The Dems don’t have a leg to stand on and they really should know it.
Its in our best interests as well as Trump’s to have as lengthy a trial in the Senate as they can stretch it. At the very least draw it out until the start of the Dem’s convention. Hammer the Dem’s and their base, demoralise them utterly, force Biden off the campaign trail to testify, drag in Hunter, keep Sanders and Warren tied up as well.
Having a lightning fast acquittal of Trump without a trial or the chance to browbeat the fucking world with the facts in an arena that the Republicans control will play right into the Democrat’s hands. They will get to claim that the Republican acquittal was a partisan farce, that the Republicans are afraid of evidence. They will be able to turn 2020 into their great and righteous revenge against the Evil Orange Man. It will galvanise their base and allow them to take the moral high ground that the Republicans always seem so fucking keen to abandon.

There is a vast difference between credible allegations made by a special prosecutor and “areas for investigation” it doesn’t take a whole lot to figure out why Mueller didn’t take it any farther, he couldn’t. 
The only reason Pelosi plans to “delay” it is so her DNC controlled media can spend the holidays saying “impeached” over and over again. That’s it.
And yet the House democrats don’t seem to understand the US Constitution and what powers the US Senate has.
