I do find it quite amusing that you consider me to be a part of âhard right,â as Ronald Reaganâa conservative, certainly; but never a part of the âhard rightââwas the very finest president in my lifetime (which began in 1948), in my opinion.
Donald Trump has a much different style than Ronald Reagan did. (Perhaps it has something to do with the difference between New York City and California.)
I really do not care for the confrontationalâalmost pugilisticâstyle of Donald Trump.
But I will have to admit that he does get things done.
And I am in his corner because of that, as I much prefer substance over styleâŠ
Right, and you certainly are not alone. Pity that he doesnât get more flack from his supporters on that. Obviously getting flack from his detractors is of no use it seems to embolden him; and his small, hard core base applauds like walrusâs.
For some reasonâand I really do not understand just whyâyou appear to be of the opinion that everyone must either love or hate Donald Trump.
It seems to me that it is far better to simply view him analytically, rather than as either a pro-Trump or an anti-Trump partisan. This allows one to see both the good and the bad in the man.
But you seem to be (rather regrettably, I believe) quite anti-Trump.
How does that address what I said. Donât you too wish that his advisors, members of his cabinet, maybe his boss Sean Hannity, would say something to him about it? Maybe Melania.
No the hard right, the center right and many centrists never came to grips or agreed with fundamentally changing this country into something it was never intended to be.
Trump is not trying to change the country but trying to undo all of the damage done by the spineless, gutless politicians before him.
Sad that the Constitution has no more meaning to some than a roll of paper in a bathroom.
