Depends what steps you took to plan it, it is not as far as I know illegal to write yourself a note to remind yourself to carry out an attack, there needs to be actual(overt) concrete steps taken in furtherance of an illegal act.

And the only actual crimes I see mentioned are possession of tramadol and HGH and unspecified federal illegal possession of a firearm, the rest of it isn’t illegal as far as I know. List of democrats on a spreadsheet, nope, draft emails, nope, internet searches, nope, "studying’ the writings of mass killers, nope, “arsenal” of 15 firearms and more then a thousand rounds, nope. It just doesn’t remotely support a charge of domestic terrorist.

Trump just held a press conference and he was asked for a comment. He avoided providing a comment and said that he was receiving a briefing in the next 2 hours or so. My hope is that this situation gets a degree of reality applied to it, especially because a reporter implied that Trump was to blame because of his language.
