Oh wait a minute

Me neither - I just hope to god I’m wrong
I think he’ll come up with a fudge but also think the likes of JRM will thwart that.

Haven’t seen this guy on the Biased Broadcasting Company

Sorry but watching puerile drivel like this does something to my brain. I did give it 2 minutes though (before I lost the will to live! lol). WTF are they laughing at?

God will this humiliation never end! This is what happens when a country is governed by useless career politicians as opposed to conviction politicians. For example I defy anyone to give me just one instance where May, Grayling, Hammond, Major, Blair, Brown (to name but a few wankers), where any of them could claim as being a memorable legacy? How I fucking weep for how low the country of my birth has sunk.

Top Gear is a UK Petrol head TV series and it gained an enormous following worldwide.
it was recently sold to Amazon. Certainly not puerile but maybe an acquired taste - My wife thinks Clarkson is a male chauvanist pratt - I think he is witty, acerbic and amusing - so bit of a marmite personality.

Top gear is my all time favourite tv show, I even watch the repeats on digital channel Dave :rofl:

I can’t even explain what it is that attracts me to it quite so much because I used to watch it before Clarkson and the others got involved.

ā€œmarmiteā€ is a good way to sum him up and the show :+1:

My comment was nothing to do with the presenters - they’re paid big bucks to dumb down TG, and do a fine job of it - it was to do with the format. I mean be honest, the ridiculous antics they get up to would be more suited for the CBBC schedules? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I used to watch it when it was about cars - now it’s about mature men acting like children, with an audience which is paid to laugh at them. It’s what the BBC does best!

Can’t dispute much of what you have said @cerberus, the show however with Clarkson, Hammond and May finished 4 years ago which is when I stopped watching it.
I haven’t watched an enitire episode since they were dropped and I won’t watch it while the current format / current hosts are in place. I did try when this new show started with Chris Evans et all but was unable to endure it.
I am sure there will always be a bit of a following.

Not watched any Grand Tour? It’s much better than when they were on Top Gear. They have the budget, crazy ideas as before but Jeremy Clarkson doesn’t have to hold back.

We haven’t talked about this lesbo.

Soz but watching adults acting like children does something to my brain; it’s the main reason I don’t watch sport any more other than tennis, and that’s only because I used to play it.

Actually it does more than just making my brain hurt, it makes me realize that something strange is happening to us. Well not me, I hasten to add . . . :sunglasses:

ā€˜Emily Thornberry’? Who she?

How on earth did we start talking about TG on this thread? Hope it wasn’t my fault. :flushed:

Not a good start, Boris.

11-0.

The Prime Minister is a first amongst equals, but all that authority comes from being a member of Parliament.

Parliament is Supreme.

Be careful what you wish for; a communist dictatorship.
