Damn! I wish you guys would make up your collective minds!
One day they are the exploiters of the working man, the CEO’s are overpaid and raked over the coals for it. But, hey the next thing you know, they are heroes because they are multinational and embraced by all.
They don’t know what they stand for, they only repeat what MSM tells them to say! That is what makes a good Communist, they submit to the oligarchical collectivism where talking pundits live inside their heads rent free! An empty tent has more value then the average liberal trying to expound on the party apparatus talking points!
That is a drop in the bucket compared to what they allow to cross our border.
Not just illegals, but the human trafficking, drugs and “recycled” children all of which is an abomination.
We can cut off aid, we can tax remittances flowing back to them, institute e-verify.
Sadly though, with the RHINO’s who want cheap labor and the democrats who want votes (and cheap labor) the American people are going to be the ultimate losers in this power struggle.
They stand for what the party tells them to stand for. No thinking is involved. Better to let their “betters” think for them.
I am not as pessimistic as your outlook seems to be, only because it will not be sustainable in the Long run for the future of the country! We really only have two choices: we either address this problem now or eventually a civil war is going to break out at some point! I don’t know about you, but I know my constitutional rights and one of those rights does not include funding my own demise!
My view is not pessimistic. It is based upon how both sides obstruct any means to secure our border and what groups pad their pockets in doing so.
You can know your rights, but your rights are being trampled by both sides right now. So, what do your rights ultimately matter?
It’s not pessimistic? How do you explain about not having rights or submitting to the view of accepting what is going on? It’s seems to me its more from apathy that leads to pessimism on the outlook of the future of the country, and yes I do have rights, I just don’t depend on others to defend them for me!
No, my view is based upon the reality of what those elected are doing to obstruct what the American people voted for.
Your congress people are supposed to represent you and your rights, are they not?
Are they?
No! Not in this present discourse and today’s political climate! I have given up on Congress in representing my rights! The people who I am aligned with such as Tom Fitten, the President, the AG and others who are doing the dirty work are the ones fighting for my rights!
That is my point…
Your point is that they are suppose to and they are not, so what alternatives do you have to address your grievances? What is the expedient means to addressing those? Wait another 4,6 years until elections come around again?
Correct.
None. If the voice of America can be overridden by someone like Nancy Pelosi whose district is an embarrassment to the standards of a third world county what exactly would you like me to address as an alternative?
There are no expedient means. Look at the Presidential candidates running against Trump right now. Freebies, socialism and globalism. Yes, I am a bit pessimistic at the moment. Can you blame me?
Tariffs are unrelated to immigration…
They don’t have any real opinions, they just regurgitate whatever talking points they are handed on a day to day basis.
The tariffs on MX are directly related to immigration, namely Obrador aiding and abetting an unprecedented rush of illegals to and across our border instead of enforcing his own.
Look on the bright side. The further out in left field the democratic candidates are the more re-electable Trump is in 2020.
You are seeing what a poster whose core beliefs have been eaten away by TDS is like. They will post whatever it takes to feed their TDS.
There are always alternatives, but it takes a will of a populace to seek those alternatives as solutions.
“You can not solve problems with the same methods in which were used to create them in the first place” ~ Einstein
There is always an an expedient means, you just have to know where to look to find it.
And no I can not blame you. I wonder if we are in this predicament because a majority of the populace share your disposition and outlook on our country’s current discourse? The reason I ask this question, is because it essentially comes down to our apathy that we only have ourselves to blame when looking at this as well as other issues from a broader picture.
