Ancient works - even huge ones - are still being discovered in Egypt. Just last year this huge tomb was discovered. How much easier it would have been to find this as opposed to artifacts of wandering nomads.
We are still finding lost and buried things around the world that are evidence of much more recent events than “the Exodus”. And whoever thinks that scientists and archaeologists are always of one mind need to read more.

Ancient Egyptians, like ancient Chinese, were meticulous record keepers.
And yet there is no record of Moses or Exodus as we know it.
It was all fiction. Plain and simple.

No, the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, it simply shows that so far the archaeological record cannot prove they were there.
They were also notorious for striking from their records any mention of those who had somehow offended the current or future rulers.
Only recently were references to the son’s of different Pharaohs discovered hidden in tombs but all later references to them had been stricken.
This is also exactly what we were told was the case in the Story of the Exodus.
