And there have been plenty of cases in which witness affidavits were entered, and either tossed by the courts or withdrawn by Trump’s legal treat. As a matter of fact, Trump’s legal team makes a lot of bold claims in public pressers, and is quite timid in court. Even acknowledging that their suit isn’t arguing fraud…
