13 country’s out of 45 are not a small minority .
Now you want to change the subject to infidels…
What do you call that, a big majority? Anyway, the vast majority of Muslims aren’t to be defined by the extremists anymore than you want the vast majority of Christians to be defined by the extremists in their ranks.
These are 13 out of 45 country’s that will kill gays in many more it’s still illegal to be gay .
Among other Arab countries, the penalty in [Algeria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Somalia, Tunisia and Syria is imprisonment – up to 10 years in the case of Bahrain. Christians emulating Christ: a good thing
And we should be up front and say “Christians” haven’t always emulated Christ, or even emulated Him two days in a row all that often, so because people aren’t often good disciples people identified as Christians do indeed cause troubles.
It’s like that one old funny story where Michael is seeking clarification from the Lord that THOSE guys are who He’s going to rely on to spread His message to the whole world … isn’t there a back up plan? Nope, says the Lord, no backup plan. Just those guys.
And THOSE guys were the apostles … so just imagine where rank (us) and file (still us) fit in that story?
… in passing do I have to really go on from here that Muslims emulating Mohammad has been a bad thing?
Oddly, that people make poor disciples is, when it comes to Islam, why there’s a moderate Islam at all…
