No, it is clearly in the Law as intended to govern Israel, and in the New Testament remains something that if left unaddressed will result in damnation.
But as Christ did not establish a kingdom in this world, which he referenced to Pilate, the use as a civil law standard is not commanded … unlike Islam the Gospel does not give people license to personally do something about those that they imagine are displeasing to the Lord.
That said, it would be commendable to at least outlaw homosexual acts as a matter of civil laws, even if those statutes were not often well enforced. Those laws had they remained as they should have would, for example, have protected us from this same sex marriage guff.
So-called same sex marriage is protected against with the biblical definition of marriage, and for that matter 10s of 1,000s of years of human language defining marriage.
But with the Cultural Marxist influenced sexual revolution it would have been good to have still had civil laws on our side holding the perverts and nutters waiting in the wings at bay.

Oh, and our shooting incidents - and some of the knife attacks too, actually (there was another one last night) - are few compared to yours, and are mostly terror-related . . . global Islam hasn’t got around to you yet. Don’t think it won’t eventually though?? They’re saving you 'til last.
Finally, I thought that I made it perfectly clear that my stance on gun ownership is one of pure indifference; in fact there are times when I wouldn’t mind owning one myself when venturing out after dark. I’ll now try and make it clear yet again, and in as few words as possible: the undeniable fact is that if there were no guns, there would be no gun crimes, which in context includes mass shootings in schools and other places where there are gatherings.
I’d say it’s a problem affecting (infecting?) the western world rather than being ‘worldwide’. Something is happening to us - think depravity, and hedonism? - and it’s ominous.
No there isn’t. Oh, yeah, you can probably find a few whacko zealots who say that, but any desire you can find within the Christian community to impose death on homosexuals is an aberration. As LastManOut said, shame on you.
We elect Presidents, we do not elect Popes. Trump is just a man; but the he’s trying to stand up for our country; and that is refreshing. The fact he irritates people makes him a fucking winner in my books.
The fact that you only care about “gun crimes” is what Im talking about, the only gun crimes you care about is mass shootings in schools, you dont seem to be concerned about shootings in christian churches, but your people is outraged over a shooting in a mosque

sorry, your media is reporting London has more knife attacks and murders than New York city, the first time in something like a 100 years
We have had our share of terror attacks, the only difference is some of us has Guns and can stop them dead in their tracks.
Our law enforcement is pretty good at hunting down and even preventing some attacks
Again back to my original point, there are more gun homicides with hand guns than assault rifles
Taking away guns may reduce overall gun homicides temporarily but in the long run it doesnt, because Criminals will own the guns and commit the crime
You folks in the UK banned guns for the most part and yet gun crimes still exist
