Hum… I have never heard, nor can I find any definition of ‘hole’ cloth what so ever… other than the one you just created. Of course you are correct… cheesecloth… gauze etc is a very loose weave. I wonder if people who demand 1800 thread count bed linen call 200 count sheets… hole cloth?
