What the democrats refuse to acknowledge is the court does not exist to be accountable to the political process or even the American people. It exists to uphold the Constitution which sets out timeless guidelines for a government that exists firstly to protect our freedom not do the bidding of the majority or the few.
Instead the left choses to move the court into the political arena and chant expand the court (and pack it of course).
