Russia can ask North Korea to station tens of thousands of troops in Belarus, Donbass and Crimea, in exchange for modern tanks and MiGs and training to operate them.
North Korean troops can also learn the newest warfare in the Donbass.
If North Korea attacks NATO bases in Romania and Poland, what can NATO do? The western countries have been at war with North Korea for 70s years anyway.
