There is nowhere an Israeli sub could refuel that it would not be noticed and they have no capability of refueling at sea.

Their subs and missiles lack the range to target either the US or UK, they have sub’s because it gives them stealth capability to operate in their own waters conducting anti shipping, and covert missions as well as the ability to use CM’s without risking surface ships or aircraft.

Yes I have, none of the types of ships necessary to maintain long range submarine operations beyond their own waters exist in their naval inventory.
There are no subs based out of Eilat and the Dolphins would not have the range to reach either the US or UK from Eilat without being able to refuel either in port or at sea.
As for your article speculating on how a sub could reach Eilat through the Suez it’s just laughable because the Suez is too shallow for them to submerge so the whole world would have seen it making the transit.
Even with extra fuel tanks the maximum range of the Dolphin II is only about 9,200 miles.
Israel will do that for show to pretend all their subs are in the Mediterranean.

As for your original claim that they attacked HI, it would require two secret refuelings each way because it’s about 12,000 miles via either direct route.
