Two monsters here illegally raped same little 11-year old

Castrate these two with a dull bolt cutter.

The death penalty would work better.

Again … the more gruesome the penalty for rape, the more rape-murders you will have.

If someone wants to commit a capital crime, the death penalty will not deter them.
What do you suggest, warehousing them in a mental hospital with group therapy??? Making up excuses they rape because of being abused or weren’t breast fed or potty trained growing up.

No, just ‘disappear’ them, it’s much less complicated.

That is of course completely incorrect. The majority of our secondary hormones as males are produced by the testicles.

It’s the same reason you can easily see the difference in a bull or steer, gelding or stud.

Actually the death penalty provides a strong deterrence preventing most people from being willing to commit capital crimes.

For those whom are not deterred if mental illness is not the cause, execution is the answer.

Yes, all that is true, but my point is that it is easier to get away with rape if there is no witness. They would have nothing to lose and something to gain by committing murder after the rape, if the penalty is the same for both crimes.

But not from the individual ( individuals ) you have greased.

His point I believe is that if you make the penalty for rape high enough it will encourage more rapists to kill their victims to lesson the chances of a conviction.

It certainly is a strong deterrent to those getting it committing more murders.

So the murder of the rape victims is acceptable collateral damage as long as the rapist dies too? I don’t follow that logic.

Well, I guess as long as the penalty remains a slap on the wrist, it will eliminete the murder of the rape victim. Or will it? Rape victims are often murdered regardless of how light the penalty may be. Do some research. You track down & arrest the primitives, then fast track them to the death chamber. My personal preference is, Public Crucifixion; but that’s just me. Now cruel & unusual is in the eye of the beholder; but we all know there are those who deseve PC, whether we admt it or not. Actually the Judicial System, to me, is moot; since anyone who lays a hand on one of my family members, well. Here ya go: 0.57 seconds) This monster deserved nothing less.

Father Shoots & Kills His Sons Kidnapper In A Airport For Revenge!

TWR,

You are incorrect on the death penalty, anyone that thinks the death penatly is a deterrent to capital crime is being fed misinformation.

All one has to do is look at any stat that shows which city and state has the highest murders and you will notice that the top 10 cities for homicides, 7 of the states have the death penallty.

I looked at the world population review about the death penalty states

http://worldpopulationreview.com/states/death-penalty-states/

and I looked on a website called "neighbor hood scouts murder capital of america (2018)

.neighborhoodscout.com/blog/highest-murder-rate-cities-2018

just to do some comparing

the Death penalty or capital punishment shouldn’t be used as a deterrent for heinous crimes, it should be used for the ultimate punishment for heinous crimes.

What we need is a Judge like Isaac Parker for all capital punishment trials. Then we could guarantee the accused a fair trial followed by a decent hanging.

You do some research. The vast majority of rape victims are not murdered.

If you run down that list of cities with the highest murder rates most of them are in states with no death penalty.

More importantly there is little or no fear of being sentenced to same when there’s no expectation you’re going to be caught.

The solve rate in cities like Chicago and Detroit for homicides is abysmal.

There’s also an ever growing problem in that in many states you can probably count on being on death row for 2-3 decades after conviction before the sentence will be carried out. Now consider that most murderers are between 17-30 when they commit their crimes. For people that age 20-30 years feels like a lifetime so it reduces the deterrent effect.

For most of us though that certainly is a deterrent, we look at the potential outcome and say it simply isn’t worth it.

To be effective a deterrent simply prevents most people from taking the risk, no deterrent is 100%.

Well that rapist won’t rape anyone else - that’s gotta be a plus?

I have looked at several lists/websites, and the top ten cities with the highest murders , its generally in 7 states with the death penalty

when it comes to black on black crime or Klan killing blacks in the day, its not a high priority for law enforcement

its like you can barely find stats on murder rates in the native Indian community, unless we ask Elizabeth Warren as she is a native Indian, no wait she is 1 in 350345 Th Indian with blonde hair and blue eyes

because most of us are law abiding, law abiding citizens dont want to be a guest of the government or sit on death row.

Criminals and those who are not okay upstairs dont fear that.

I agree there is nothing that 100% deterrent, the best we can do in society is punish those who commit heinous crimes , the message that sends is if you commit a heinous crime we will find you and you will pay with your life.

Start by putting them in super max prisons then have the local shrink figure them out if they can then put their lights out.

Why Supermax prisons, being locked up 23 hours a day tends to weigh on a person after a while, look at the all the Mobsters turning states evidence becoming a voice to WRAT FM to avoid spending the rest of their lives in a supermax prison.

The cities with the highest murder rates are those with the most prolific subculture of habitual criminals: notably the gangs or drug dealers (which are often one and the same).

The presence of the death penalty is, if it isn’t just an historical and cultural feature of punishment for serious crimes in the State in question (say: Texas), more likely to be a consequence of many habitual criminals, not the cause for them being even worse.
