I’m surprised Alex Jones has the time to actually get behind the microphone as he’s constantly in court losing his shirt to the victims of Sandy Hook - all while he backtracks, grovels, apologizes, and admits that his whole persona and “news” is just an act.

I am just glad that Joe Biden isn’t President when this pandemic is happening. Imagine the crap that would be coming out of his mouth. Not to mention, he would impose an all-country ban on guns. I just want to get back to the Fox of it all real quick. When I’ve been talking to Fox insiders over the last few days, there’s a real concern inside the network that their early downplaying of the coronavirus actually exposes Fox News to potential legal action by viewers who maybe were misled and actually have died from this. I’ve heard Trish Regan’s being taken off the air is, you know, reflective of this concern that Fox News is in big trouble by downplaying this virus and The New York Times reported days ago that the Murdoch family was privately taking the coronavirus seriously. The Murdochs, of course, own Fox News. So, they were taken personal steps to protect themselves while anchors like Trish Regan and Sean Hannity were telling viewers that it’s a hoax and putting themselves in potentially mortal danger. So I think this is a case where Fox’s coverage, if it actually winds up being proved that people died because of it, this is a new terrain in terms of Fox being possibly held liable for their actions.
First, Fox News isn’t what they used to be anymore. So, it’s no surprise that they fear any lawsuits for misleading. If anyone should be sued, it should be BSNBC, CNN and all of the three major networks.
They are not onlymisleading their coverages, they are stating things that Trump has said (previously), and make it appear as if he did say that, in reality; he did not even say. They are manipulating viewers into believing that Trump “doesn’t care” or he hasn’t done anything to "curb the pandemic.
Which are both false.

I wish I could be a Republican Senator for a few days. I would praise Trump to the skies for not letting more than two million people die. “Trump drew a red line at two million casualties. Let’s thank the two million for their sacrifice”

How long can these facts exist while Fox continues to gaslight its viewers? The people who work there (Fox) are going to see people they know, people around them getting sick and dying. The happy talk of unicorns and gumdrops just cannot continue while the world around you is crashing down.
I must say that if you are the Mayor of a major city such as New Orleans, you would do whatever it takes to do your part - to combat the spread.
So, why would you ask the POTUS to “step in” and cancel a major event in your own city?
Wouldn’t that be your job to do so?
