Earth to moron, this isn’t about Epstein.
This is about pulling your head out to understand that everyone is defends in this country. Lawyers defend everyone, even the likes of you no matter how offensive it may be to them.

Well of course he had no way of knowing the outcome, but he took the challenge because he did know that it was provoked attacks and the soldiers weren’t guilty of murder. Unlike Epstein whom nobody believed to be innocent of his charges.
You Trump supporters all act as though Dershowitz was obligated to take Epstein as a client.
I would not defend somebody I knew or believed to be guilty, particularly of the nature of the crimes he was charged with. And that’s what’s on trial here, Dershowitz’s judgment, and likely the reason he’s representing another sleazball…
Which is why you are not a lawyer! You couldn’t possibly understand the oath that the profession is obligated to uphold to which such personal biases are meaningless! Your opinion on the matter is not worth much!
Yeah keep reaching with your google searches of copy and paste as your stupidity is shown for all to see here!
And the witnesses that COULD give direct testimony, the president has blocked. The democrats should insist on Mulvaney, Bolton and Giuliani, and stop opposing the Biden’s…
What did you retain him to do for you???
Abigail Palmer was a thirteen-year-old girl. One day in December 1776, she had been at the house of her grandfather, Edmund Palmer, a farmer near Pennington, New Jersey. British soldiers straying from a nearby camp took control of the premises. For three days, several soldiers raped Abigail, her teenage friends, Elizabeth and Sarah Cain, and her aunt, Mary Phillips. In a war not short of atrocities on all sides, this stands out as a horrific, harrowing ordeal endured by girls and women who, as far as we know, played no active part in the conflict.
The redcoats looted indiscriminately, seizing crops and property of rebels and Loyalists alike; plunder was often accompanied by rape. Some British commanders instructed their men to take no prisoners; wounded and defeated American soldiers were killed on the field. When they were made prisoners, American soldiers suffered in conditions so terrible that mortality rates ran as high as 70 percent.
Hoock coolly reminds us that the looting and appalling prison conditions were consequences of the limited resources available to an army engaged in war thousands of miles from home, while the abuse of civilians and execution of defeated soldiers were rooted in the view that colonials were traitorous rebels to be suppressed by any means necessary.
Just a few reasons the Patriots may have acted as they did.
But why would you care, you were not there nor did it affect you.
The house subpoenaed many witnesses that could have provided first hand testimony and the White House has blocked them all… Can’t have it both ways.
And thee is a way to get them to testify, it’s called the courts, you cannot have it both ways.
The article you linked has to do with business, personal injury and divorce law. The subject here is criminal law. The article is irrelevant.
Not true. The Schiff show only subpoenaed John Bolton. The subpoena was withdrawn after the Trump administration blocked it. These disputes are typically handled by negotiations or by court decision.
This time the Democrat Resistance lynch mob withdrew the subpoena and wrote obstruction of Congress as an article of impeachment. The Resistance isn’t interested in conducting an inquiry, it’s goal is to remove Trump by whatever means necessary.
Here’s all the people and documentation that the house subpoenaed. The White House defied subpoenas. Lindsey Graham told us that the moment Nixon defied subpoenas was the moment he became impeachable.
And of course Monte will be purposefully obtuse when called out on his BS!
The subject is constitutional law.
Impeachment isn’t about criminal law or it would b tried in a criminal court.
And the democrats refused to subpoena all the witnesses the GOP wanted.
