This Is What Pisses Me Off About Trump

By the way I appreciate the civil exchange despite our disagreement, and hope it was returned to you in kind. Too much rancor, rudeness, and sniping online.

I have no issue with disagreements. If done right, disagreements can lead to great learning opportunities.

What I do have issue with is not coming from a position of exploring both sides before reaching a conclusion. I have no respect for the hive mind mentality regardless of what side of the aisle you are on.

I hope we have many civil disagreements which leads to many opportunities :+1:

Did they? Interesting.

I can understand that. Marines are trained to take out America’s shit – not step in it.

I would like to ask a simple question, and I’m not looking for a smart ass lib response – of all the people you are aware of in America, name one person that could stand up to all that has been thrown at Trump and do even half the job he has done? Everybody wanted facts and I provided them above. Nobody has achieved in two full terms what he has in two years.

This is simple: he is exactly the right person we need at this moment in time. Do I like him? No. Do I like the result he had provided? Yes. The two are not mutually exclusive.

BTW, I am not a lib simply because I don’t agree with you.

I came from a forum in which if you did not agree with the hive mind you were ostracized. Is that your intent?

Nobody called you a lib. You didn’t answer the question. Sorry I bothered you – read some of your other post and realize you wear your feelings on your sleeve. Certainly don’t want to ostracize your hive.

This was a question directed at me, yes?

Except that I did.

If you bothered me on any level I would not reply. Whether I “wear my feelings on my sleeve” or not isn’t relevant to the subject at hand. Unless, of course, you’d like to make this personal?

Back to inferring I am a liberal. You came full circle. Congratulations.

So much for the peaceful transfer of power from one administration to the next.

The left, ANTIFA, progressives, never trumpers and resist movement have set the new standard for the change of administrations. I suspect we will have more divisiveness over the next several years.

Well, there’s no evidence of that.

The seat swap between parties was well below average. Dem’s should have picked up another ten seats in the house at least and should have taken the senate with a 3-5 vote majority.

You sound like a tough hombre.

Go to a bar called “The Cockpit” and say you’re looking for Marines, I’ll bet you’ll find some

Sounds like you spend lot of your leisure time there and are quite familiar with the place.

When we moved from freebird, I was going to call myself “here2bqueer” but it was taken

I certainly don’t have a problem with that – just ain’t my thing. I would defend your rights much as anyone else’s.

What LN does not seem to understand is that you don’t have to be a lib to not like and/or criticize Trump. Conservatives though, have the ability to separate the man from his accomplishments. I find it disgusting when liberals criticize everything he does … even when he is virtually parroting the words of Obama and other liberals before him … just because they despise him so much. The hypocrisy is astounding.

Yeah. Everyone said so.

Why? Trump is not a conservative.

Perhaps you read her post as “cannot” rather than “can not.”

That’s how I read it - that one cannot still be conservative if you refuse to support Trump.
