Yes, of course that was the point…
Your quote .
“Of course not, they’re a GUN lobby…”
Yeah, I know what I said. But still don’t understand why you seem to be both denying and acknowledging that the association is a gun lobby…
The N.R.A lobby’s for its membership not for fire arms manufactures !!!
Its like saying the I.B.E.W lobby’s for a electric company .
The N.R.A lobbying for fire arms manufactures is all socialist left wing dogma unproven and unfounded lies !

The final 10 minutes or so of Bitter Lake speaks volumes?
In truth the NRA is a small fraction of the “Gun Lobby” but they are the biggest single organization doing so.
We were primarily dedicated to training and education until the 70’s when Handgun Inc and other anti gun groups went insane trying to ban handguns. At that time the ILA and Lobbying arms began to grow exponentially as our rights were being threatened by very powerful leftwing groups.
In the time since we have become the most powerful organization in the country fighting for gun rights both in the courtroom and at the ballot box.
We have nothing to apologize for.
No other single group or combination of groups can be as effective as the NRA which is why we are the constant target of hate filled lies from the anti gun lobby and their bought and paid for politicians and mouthpieces.
Lobbying is not the chief purpose of the NRA, that is the secondary purpose of the organization.
You blamed the NRA for the law. Same thing.
How sophomoric. Do you see anything in the definition of “arms” that would suggest that the founders were not familiar with technological advances.
How convenient. You probably rant constantly about his lies, until he says something that that fits one of your arguments. Then it’s take it to the bank … “Trump said ____ therefore, it proves I’m right.” Am I right.
I had to look that up; well done - it isn’t often that I need to resort to TheFreeDictionary, com
And it cements my point as well.
You blamed the NRA for the law. Same thing.
I said that they use their lobby power/money to influence legislators. And that is quite true.
That’s not even close to what I said. I told you that there have been times when I support Trump positions, and provided anecdotals…
