There is no “4th dimension”, there are however any number of scenarios that require more than 3 dimensions to express their behaviour or passage of events.
Anybody flying a plane, driving a car, playing ice-hockey … they all operate in 4 dimensions and have to be adept in that environment if they are to be successful.
BTW humans and other species with binocular vision can see in 3 dimensions, even the one-eyed people can do this but with difficulty.
