No it isn’t. Cancer doesn’t feed on acid. It feeds on glucose and glutamine. It cannot feed on ketones, which is the fuel the body uses when you haven’t eaten for a while. Glutamine is an amino acid and is pretty hard to avoid as it is in almost everything, but green tea and pepper suppress it.
Cancer cells metabolise by fermentation not respiration which is also known as the Warburg effect. The by product of the fermentation process is lactic acid.

What it refers to is an acidic environment as in the pH. The more alkaline your body is in the less cancer and viruses can survive. The pH range should be in balance.
