Why does Celine Dion look like that?
A 16k ride today off road, some of it round ploughed fields. Highest HR 195 but average only 135, so good interval sesh. Max speed downhill on gravel only 35kph. I can do 3 times that speed on skis! I am sure @robgsxr would appreciate that! 
Haha I will stick to my mountain biking.
For the first time ever I went on a bike in the gym yesterday after training and grabbed the handles to check my HR.
When it reached 220 I started getting worried so slowed down.
Then I went flat out and it reached over 270.
At this point I obviously started to question the monitor only to find out I was looking at the watts I was generating 
Today I walked on a walking machine up a maximum gradient to warm up and had a HR of only 139 after 15 minutes and yet I was still knackered.
Thats my kinda exercise - especially if it ends with a pint of DoomBar LOL.

Just looked it up and saw it is made in Cornwall.
Could have tried it during my past visits to St Ives. Maybe next time I am there

Do you know that a certain method for estimating a personâs max HR still persists, of 220 -age? That makes me 22.

hmmm $50,000 is a small reward for this invention but I wonder what the educational funding entails.
I wish someone comes up with a method to clean the air contaminated with chemtrails, at least indoors. Aerial spray got really heavy about two weeks ago over the skies in Japan.

The origin of the expression hunky-dory:
âA theory from 1876, however, traces it to Honcho dori, said to be a street in Yokohama, Japan, where sailors went for diversions of the sort sailors enjoy.â
The street is located where even sailors at night can find their way back to their ships, no matter how drunk, because you only need to walk, or stagger as the case may be, straight ahead to the port.
