I read that B&H Clinton have deposited over $1Billion in Qatarās bank or the Arabic Emirates bank, (I donāt remember which exactly), that doesnāt have an extradition treaty with the US.

Yes that is correct and has been confirmed, but the Clintonās walls are getting tighter, so I doubt she will make it there, meanwhile Qatar officials already smiling at all that free cash they just received!
