The trouble with all scenarios, especially the ones the staff come out with on news related interviews is that the real answer is not an option.
For instance: there are 6 nurses, doctors and hospital staff attending to a lady who feels faint.
The answer is to tell 5 of them to fck off back to work and stop wasting precious NHS time. Or the most simple answer in any hospital in the country, have a random walk through the hospital and find all the staff talking about last nights bake off or dancing program and tell them to fck off back to work and summarily dismiss any individual caught 3 times not working on something patient related and give pay rises to the most dedicated and work time efficient staff. Install cameras to monitor workers activity to allow re-runs showing the wasted foot steps in a day that can be eliminated. Track patient movement to see the perpetual waste of moving between departments and having to tell many different doctors the same f*cking symptoms. I used to always run simulations of new production lines before and after they were installed simply optimise/harmonise product and people flow. It is the most obvious step in any business, manufacturing, banking, large insurance businesses,hospitals,service companies.
This is the missing link in making hospitals efficient, most are over staffed and ill managed and unfortunately like the car industry the NHS will die off and be replaced by private companies due to the existing management incompetance.

Watching our politics gonna be interesting next several months. Trumpâs approval ratings continue to climb and democrats keep digging a deeper hole for themselves. The house now intends to âgo all outâ getting Trumpâs tax returns because they are positive he is a world class tax cheater and they will be able to impeach him over it. They have absolutely no interest in governing â only nailing Trump. It seems Trump is taking more crap from the opposition and MSM than all other of our presidents combined. What drives the âTrump derangement syndromeâ is that he gets up every morning, happy, easily outwitting them and kicks their ass at every turn.
