The Rabbit Hole

Much like concrete…

  • That that’s cracked
  • That that’s going to crack

Short and sweet

Amazing how people ignore the good of the country for themselves

I have been in several wrecks, fortunately my wreck frequency is expontially and inversely proportional to length of time riding a MC. The fastest occurred at 40mph when I was enjoying tyre adhesion and accidentally exceeded the limit; I couldn’t believe how small the oil spot was that brought me down…

Last wreck was in '91 when I was caught out by a grabbing front brake and hitting a damp patch of smooth tar. The grabbing started after using a high-pressure washer and was due to me cleaning all the muck out of the brake pad slot. The caliper had 40,000 miles on it and the crappy Yamaha all-alloy caliper had developed a ‘feature’ over time. I noticed that the repair shop had taken a file to the slot and squared-off the pad-carrier contact point! These days all the calipers seem to have steel inserts which carry the braking load and stay in shape.

Looks like we will soon have another war…

This is why I decided to give it up, there is a very high chance you die - even at 40mph - if you get tossed in the wrong direction.

As bad as France is, I can’t help but feel that yellow vest movement has been taken over by subversives.

I’m sure Commies and Fascists are keeping that movement going, and they aren’t after reform nor would they be satisfied, they want revolution regardless of what Macron does, because they want power.

If you’re saying that smaller skis have greater pressure hence are slower, then is that not offset by the greater surface area of the longer skis?

What you don’t see on MSM or indeed any media is the ordinary people out in their thousands, in rural areas, small villages, ski resorts, on autoroute bridges, taking over the tolls - these aren’t aggravators, they are old people, grannies with walking sticks. They all have the same message “Macron démission” and Frexit. It’s all very well seeing the violence in cities and conclude they’re just commie hooligans. They aren’t. At least 20% of cars have yellow vests on their dash. Do you see that reported in the media?

Of course, I know there are genuine ordinary people protesting, and almost certainly not involved in wrecking the place.

However these kinds of protests, attract the commies and fascists who hide themselves in a movement and subvert from within. They’re happy to use the respectable face of an ordinary person to further their own agenda.

What is their agenda? Funny, you don’t see anti capitalist/ anarchist protests anymore.

I can’t be sure what their agenda is, but I bet there are anti-capitalists there too. Few socialists will outwardly admit to being anti-capitalists, they’ll dress it up as something else like social justice.

Ordinary people don’t go on a vandalism spree, or try to promote anarchy.

Do you think these people are more likely to be capitalist or anti-capitalist?

…NOT suggesting this isn’t a genuine grievance towards Macron and the government. I am saying the protests is probably already infested with subversives. To me, many of the protestors look like hippy socialist uni students looking to cause as much chaos as possible.

It all amounts to the same thing. If the UK comes out of the EU, RoI will be forced by the EU (and not by the UK) to implement a border. EU is intent on the UK remaining in the EU
