Christopher Wray needs to be fired. The people of the DOJ who did not come out in support of Gen Flynn in the past three years were opposing him. The agencies of DOJ can’t have it both ways. All of DOJ from top to bottom needs cleansed - fast.

Documents that were unsealed on Friday showed that Obama knew about the FBI’s wiretapping of Flynn’s phone calls.

Barr said in an interview with CBS News investigative reporter Catherine Herridge that he believed the injustice against Flynn “came from the seventh floor” and further clarified his remark, saying, “I believe it’s Director Comey and the deputy’s office.”
They were all there including Comey, Rice, Brennan, meeting about the Steel Dossier with Obama at the White House. Comey will be among the first Dominoes to fall, then followed by McCabe, Strzok, Page, and a few others. McGrok, and Weissmann will also be implicated for obstruction as well as malicious prosecution. The worst that can happen to the latter is they lose their license to practice law. All of these people will probably face civil suits as well.
Brennan will be the slippery one, because he covers his tracks well being a ex-CIA operative. However I think he will be implicated somehow, perhaps falsifying and obstruction. Not sure what is going to happen with Obama if he is implicated as things are pointing in that direction that he is guilty as hell. He should at the very least be impeached and shamed but given the makeup of the swamp I seriously doubt he will face anything other than the people around him dropping like flies when they get charged and he is shamed from ever appearing in public again.

Can he? I’m not lawyer an don’t pretend to be one but those jackass that have abused their power are protected. Flynn may be able to law sue the FBI.
I hope he can go after Shiff…Pencilneck Schiff. I hope he can sue Brennan as well.
I find it really hypocritical that Obama lectures us about rule of law when he assassinated American citizen without due process, using CoJ, FBI, CIA, NSA and IRS just to name a few as his own personal soldiers against his political enemies.

It’s not hypocritical in a general sense. It is mostly disturbing that our own President would go to that length to do so. Yes, a few other Presidents have done it in the past. But it just goes to show you the true Deep State at work. At the expense of the American people.
Don’t under estimate your enemies. Many of them become legal scholars for a reason…to undermine our Constitution.

Can he what? You mean sue civilly some of these people? Yes he most certainly can! He can also sue the government as well for damages. Before he can sue them civilly the criminal charges have to come first as well as a conviction in order to give him a better shot at succeeding. In civil court the burden of proof has a less bar to reach, and takes into account previous criminal proceedings when determining damages. Obama can be sued too now that he is a private citizen, but for that to happen there has to be overwhelming evidence of intent on his part to even consider a case.
That is exactly what Obama did and his motives for claiming to be a constitutional scholar.

I don’t know if I had shared this with you before but just a refresher. I was in Iraq the day Obama was elected. I had this overwhelming feeling of betrayal taking place in the pit of my stomach right about the same time I was still dealing with the 2008 financial crisis when I lost a half million dollars due to WAMU plummeting to pennies on the dollar. Those stocks is what my father invested in that were around 39 dollars a share. It turns out that my intuition about Obama was correct when looking back on it. MF Global happened on his watch and to this day no one was ever held accountable for bankrupting Farmers pension funds.
