Well that’s the point. From the Western press, there is no proof of anything, pictures of a bombed out building prove nothing, claims by the press that it was caused by Russians proves nothing. They get such information from the Ukrainians who are pleading with the world for help, so of course, the more barbaric they can present the Russians the better. And of course you CANNOT provide any evidence that Russia has “targeted” civilians….
If civilian deaths alone are evidence that they were “targeted” then the 200,000 civilians killed in the U.S. led Iraq war were “targeted”……
When you can “prove” Russians are “targeting” civilians, please do provide it here……
