Yet here you are purposely derailing another thread!
None of this has anything to do with the thread topic here, so why are you posting your anti Anti American rant here?
Yeah, and that is most likely to happen as she will be forced to run against another incumbent of another district in her state.
Bernie and his campaign isnāt going to speak out against this toxic language because it will alienate the very extremist he needs to win his nomination. So in a way his campaign supports his language.
Do you know that Sanders is aware of it?
Seems to me his staff does. The silence is deafening IMO.
Perhaps, but do you know that?
Bernie is counting on the extremists.
He has no chance in hell in becoming the next President of this country.
He is simply the loser rising to the top of losers. Amusement at best.
Maybeā¦but his rhetoric lives on. Something that will have to deal with decade or two later.
Quite correct, Conan.
We have to deal with it here and now.
But just think of it in hypothetical terms, if Bernie does win the nomination and he is soundly defeated like Goldwater was, wouldnāt that be demoralizing to his base to the point that they would never be able to recover? Remember how Reagan went on to become an Icon? I see the same for Trump and his victory would be a direct repudiation of Sanders politics.
Thereās a really remote possibility that a small scale civil war will break out if they figure out a way to screw Bernie out of the nomination at the convention.
I would not be surprised for example to see him win the nomination but decline it for health reasons etc sending it to a second or third round where an outsider is then nominated.
With literally trillions of dollars at state for donors if he canāt be coerced into something like that he might just have a real health crisis almost immediately following or at the convention
Yeah, I think Tucker nails it. The Dems will somehow torpedo Bernie and it will be a muted shitshow. After all, it they complain too loudly, theyāre tools of Putin, and even worse, Trump.
Michael Bloomberg? Hmm I seriously have to wonder if he already bought his ticket for that to play out as such.
He cantā do so by EO or presidential edict and doing so would put an instant additional 1.5-2.0 Trillion added to the deficit because the Federal govāt would have to repay the lenders.
I canāt remember off hand but I think if they canāt get a clear majority on the first two votes they have to open up the floor to new nominees.
This is looking like the Biden train wreck in slow motion. I only arrive at him by eliminating the other even more pathetic possibilities. I donāt know how to estimate Bloombergās odds, but from what Iāve seen he looks like a no-charisma flake with lots of money.
Yeah, Biden is fading like a worn sofa in a frat house destine to be tossed out to the curb with beer and puke stains to boot. The reason I mention Bloomberg, is because of his obvious willingness to buy anything in order to get his way. Given that the Dems love orchestrating narratives, especially one involving Sanders, I can see a plausible scenario when Sanders is bought to act the part where Bloomberg suddenly becomes the nomination to make it appear as coincidence because he would appear as more moderate. Anyway, just what I am thinking currently, and its pure speculation on my part, but its does appear plausible that something similar could play out this way behind the scenes.
Tom Styer and Tulsi Gabbard are the sleeping giants to watch. They both have enough appeal to the middle to be a real threat to Trump should either somehow end up with the nomination or if they run together as P/VP.
