Itās called the law. They are all entitled to a deportation hearing and those that applied for asylum also get multiple asylum hearings before they can be removed.
This is why the administration changed policy making them wait in Mexico or their home countries while waiting for their asylum hearings to come up.
One contractor alone is averaging 6 miles completed each week right now so itās coming along pretty well.
Iāll take that over nothing but the surges of caravans running into the open arms of the democrats.
It was pretty damn brilliant on Trumpās part to strong arm Mexico into keeping asylum seekers on their side of the border.

Expand and fully implement E Verify, change the laws so that employers who suspect an applicant might be illegal cannot be sued for discrimination if they choose not to hire them as a result.
That will solve a whole lot of problems.
If you just reduce the flow to a trickle and make it harder and harder for them to work legally and youāll remove most of the incentive.
Then hire about another fifty thousand ICE agents for interior enforcement and create another thousand or 1,500 immigration courts and in a decade we can have the problem whittled down to manageable size.
At the same time create a visa holder tracking system and make all of them prove that they can support themselves or have sponsors that will be 100% responsible for them while in the US.
Weāre only about fifty years behind the other civilized nations at getting control of immigration.
Quite frankly, that seems to be the theme when libs get their claws into anything.
We should ban fracking and energy independence. Letās just go global and rely on everyone because coexist and everyone (especially China) believes in Kumbaya, right???

Then maybe it should be made illegal? A few airdrops of info leaflets making the consequences clear, then leave all would-be illegals to make up their own mind if itāll be worth their journey? The only other certain way is to build the wall.
But that begs the eternal question . . . to where should they be be deported?
The whole idea is to swamp - overwhelm the system. Itās working. Killing the Goose That Laid the Golden Egg.
