SCOTUS Tosses Texas

That Georgia official is a anti trumper, and he didn’t tell us why they were hidden under a table, and why they were brought out when they said counting was over go home…

Try again

SCOTUS didn’t even address the election fraud issue.
It was a matter of technicality.

SCOTUS did not technically toss the Texas suit. They deliberately refused to accept it because Texas HAD NO STANDING and it’s only funny that anybody with a cursory knowledge of law would consider no standing, merely a technicality…:rofl::rofl::rofl:

TDS lol…

Uh no! It’s not that hard and you truly are not seeing with clear logic. In essence what you are suggesting 80+ Million Americans including some on the democratic side believe Fraud occurred and therefore are conspiracy theorists and that our system is not corrupt and Biden garnered more votes than Obama did in 2012. When looking at aggregate of all the evidence presented and the obfuscation of the courts to even hear the evidence your arguments on this subject seems rather weak. Just looking at the numbers alone already indicates statistical improbabilities in the states that are contested. Dismissing this on the grounds you presented is much worse then taking into consideration the what, the how and the why this election was rigged.

Also, I disagree with your premise that Trump had his day in court! No he did not, and dismissing a case based on technicalities rather hearing it based on the merits of the case has yet to happen in the many cases tossed out so far.

The Supreme Court routinely rejects cases. They are the last arbiter…
IOW, they routinely reject cases for lack of standing without hearing them and rejecting them for merit…

Did they find the trailer with 280 thousand stolen ballots!? Oops lol

That is right. What irks me in all of this is the threats being leveled at these people. You know the Soros paid operatives threatening members of officials families, or those who are too scared to do the right thing for fear of losing their jobs? Everybody thinks if we move on with Biden in the White House suddenly we are going back to the status quo. That is rather silly and we will be doomed as a nation if this ignorance on the left continues to fester. Even the left has to eat, and they simply don’t have the bullets nor know how to control that.

What’s troubling in all of this is all the threats to governors, lieutenant governors, state SOS’s and election managers who are being threatened, who are receiving death threats from Trumpers for simply doing their jobs…:rage:

Well don’t cheat and you live… pretty easy lol

Who’s getting threats on the street and whose homes get attacked and bombed?
Trump supporters or black thugs?

Anyway, Trump needs to exhaust other means first in order to invoke the insurrection act.

I’m sure you haven’t heard on infowars, but Trumpers are making death threats against other Trump supporters for doing their job…

And there will be no calling of an insurrection act. There isn’t even an insurrection.

Umm you’re side is committing tyranny lol do you think that doesn’t come with punishment!?

Not sure how Japan rolls but here in the states the Supreme Court is beholding to the constitution and the rule of law, not to Trump…SMACK

The Constitution says you can’t take 280,000 ballots across state lines have the trailer disappear. lol then not ask hey anyone notice that? Lol

It was dismissed because Texas had no standing. Scalise said he would have heard it but not granted relief.

Texas did not prove they had standing. Its not a technality but rather a cornerstone of our legal system that someone has to have standing.

You cannot compare 2020 to 2004 or 2008. Trump has been an extremely divisive President and this together with his inability to manage the pandemic resulted in for once democrats been motivated to vote. In addition For the floating and independent voter this time Trump held the position with them the Clinton held in 2016.

If Trump hd taken the pandemic more seriously and not made it about him he would have crusied to victory.

Trump saved 700,000 lives according to dr fachui… he has the trump vaccine hitting the streets in less than a year… your suffering from some deep level tds

Wrong and you obviously are aloof to what the constitution actually means. BTW, you mean Alito and Thomas? Scalise passed away during the Obama admin, try keeping up! If you are going to attempt to argue this case at least know who is currently sitting on the SCOTUS!

Again another false assertion on your part! Recite the actual Amicus to prove your point otherwise you are reaching here without citing a clear example.

Who is comparing? You? Not only are you being purposely obtuse for the sake of satisfying your inner desire for Trump to go away but simply ignoring facts and the biggest scandal in history.

That is simply incorrect and looks more like you bought into the fear porn than looking at the actual facts. Coming from you I don’t expect an objective point of view who is willing to give Trump a fair shake, no surprise there. Here, try this on for size, it was left up to the states to address the pandemic with the Federal government providing support. Given what we know it was mostly Blue states that not only politicised this CCP-Virus but also Blue states where the most outbreaks occurred. That should tell you something that is of course you were willing to be intellectually honest about the actual facts. I also suspect you live in a blue state where blaming Trump is much more convenient than holding your local officials accountable.

Lastly and this is more of a question to you than stating another fact;

Are you spiritually connected? Or are you an atheist? Just curious

Alito and Thomas…

Here’s from the SCOTUS website…

Dec 11 2020 The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California , 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
