Retribution Has Begun: Iran attacks US bases in Iraq

Can you explain something for us? Since Solemani was banned from international travel in 2007 and thus could not be part of the negotiations how is it he was a key player in the negotiations for the Iran Nuclear Deal?

No, Not even close to “most everyone”. Just a handful of ■■■ haters that would like to see Israel destroyed.

Israel’s motivations are abundantly clear to anyone who examines them with an unbiased eye.

Israel would love nothing more than to see the mullahs deposed and their terror campaign across the ME ended forever because of the direct threat to their existence as a nation.

There’s absolutely no evidence anywhere to suggest that Israel had anything to do with this strike other than perhaps feeding some intel on his travel plans to the US. We have relied on a close partnership with the Israelis for ME intel for decades because they have the best network of agents in the entire region.

The US asked the dude to show up to the bargaining table to de-escalate conflict. Oops.

Maybe, but then–why would they do this now?

Also, you have to ask whether the Israelis have the kind of assets to pull this off, as well as make it look like an American attack. Have the Israelis penetrated the CIA and the US military to such an extent that they could literally make this happen from inside the US? So many questions.

Ultimately what we are witnessing is what happens when an international criminal syndicate loyal only to itself becomes a major player in global politics and military affairs. This is what the collapse of national sovereignty on a global scale looks like. China is the only superpower that exercises something like full national sovereignty. The anglosphere and western Europe are fully in the hands of a savage coalition of international criminals and technocratic/plutocratic ideologues. Putin’s Russia, most of Eastern Europe, and the rest of Asia is probably somewhere in between those two extremes. And Zionist Israel and the globalists are the sharks swimming in these waters, picking off the helpless, figuring out profit opportunities, sowing chaos and discord and degeneracy, and promoting the interests of their father, the Devil…just as Jesus warned.

According to what source? He was in Iraq to coordinate more attacks with his proxies.

That would be exactly why Israel would have been behind or supported the US operation. But I will tell you that there’s just no end to the mess of unintended consequences of USFP in the ME that has us constantly running from situation to situation putting out fires. Trump pointed out that 7 trillion dollars had been wasted in the ME, promising to end the insanity. Instead, he’s fucking things up as bad as every other president has done. It’s truly a pathetically hopeless situation. For most of my adult life I’ve watched the US government completely destroy the Middle East, every president from Carter on has responsibility in this and I see NO relief from the idiocy in sight.

So Trump takes credit for killing a dude, Iran vows to retaliate in a big way, Trump vows to retaliate to the retaliations in a big way, Iran does a limp dick attack on a sand base, plane “crashes”, Trump calls for peace. What the heck is going on here?

Iranians could just walk across our unprotected southern border if they wanted to cause some damage to America. I do not think Iran is done. It seems like a bluff, to relax the American population. Maybe. With something bigger to come. But who knows.

To build on this, the show of deescalation and calling for peace may get many more Americans behind the war if there there is a more direct attack on America or Americans. We come out looking like the good guy if your memory only lasts 24 hours. Like most Americans right now.

Nah. That’s been debunked as bullshit for days my dude.

What they’re saying: Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said Iraq “cannot accept” a “political assassination” on its soil. He called the attack a grave violation of Iraqi sovereignty.

  • Mahdi also revealed that Soleimani was in Baghdad at the time of his killing to meet with him and relay Iran’s response to a Saudi request for dialogue.
  • Mahdi noted that he had personally worked to defuse the protests outside the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad earlier in the week, going so far as to threaten to step down if the militia behind the protests did not disperse.
  • President Trump thanked him for that effort, he said, at the same time he was planning an attack inside Iraq without permission.
  • Mahdi, who resigned in November amid mass protests in Iraq but remains as caretaker prime minister, previously warned that President Trump’s decision would “light the fuse of war.”

We’re hearing from both republican and democrats who attended the Trump administrations briefing on the assassination of Soleimani, and they’re pissed. The worst briefing ever attended, sophomoric, NO EVIDENCE of any imminent attacks by Soleimani.

But hey, we’re not talking about Trump’s impeachment trial in the senate… so there’s that.

Debunked by whom? The ever predictable “unnamed sources”?

The Prime Minster of Iraq.

Not according to your article. They cite only an unnamed source.

Have you ever read a news article before?

That statement is only related to one paragraph / quote in the article.

Between the lines: A senior Iraqi government official told Axios’ Jonathan Swan that the actual expulsion of U.S. troops is far from a certain outcome. This is a resolution and the prime minister who must sign it has already resigned, the official said.

You can Google what the Prime Minister of Iraq said. Literally hundreds of outlets covered it.

Maybe you should do a little research before posting so many words without any sources.

A senior Iraqi government official

Unnamed Sr. Gov’t official.

There’s a reason he was traveling with his number 2 who is directly in command of the op’s pulled off by the Iranian backed Shia militias.

He may well have had a legit meeting with the PM cover for his covert activities but the man was no goddamed diplomat.

I just read that Axios article. That’s not related to the the statement by the Prime Minister. That’s a comment by an unnamed official related to the growing demand for US troop withdrawal. That section of the article ends and a new section picks up. Does this really need to be explained to you?

Qassem Soleimani, the Iranian Quds Force commander who was killed in a US drone attack in Baghdad on Friday, was in Iraq to negotiate a de-escalation in tensions with Saudi Arabia, according to the Iraqi prime minister.

He’s probably just trolling but I pulled another quote from the Iraqi PM from an article he wasn’t going to read anyway.

Since several of you seem unable to read or are utterly lacking in comprehension skills l thought I’d repeat the above.

You are an idiot. The PM said it. Multiple sources confirm. Shill somewhere else. You were warned.

I read a Russian news source yesterday that said it was not a U.S. attack. The attack was done by Israelis.

Maybe that’s why Trump was stammering around during the press conference with the details of the attack and intentions that don’t make sense.

The source said the U.S. doesn’t use explosive warheads for an attack like that; but the Israelis do. The U.S. tries to limit the damaged area to that of the intended target. Israelis don’t care.
