The virus was released two months ago, and already the Central government has had to quarantine 15 cities containing a total of 42 million people, with more likely to come. The Chinese government is also lying about the numbers of infected and dead. There could be as many as 90,000 people infected now, and the number is growing at an increasing pace.

That’s a good video. They start the video with some political analysis which you have to take with a grain of salt. The Laowhy guy especially comes across like a cliched westerner. But the other guy, Serpentza, seems to have legitimate information as he has a shit-ton of personal contacts in the Chinese medical community.

Of course. The flu kills thousands here each year.
However, that they’ve quarantined millions of people, closed off entire cities, leads one to wonder why such drastic measures. Especially given they tried to downplay it at first and this is their New Year where people travel to be with family.
To answer your question with a hypothetical, my suspicions is this virus is man made and proper precautions were not taken that involves the Pathogen Research lab that was just 8 miles from the food market in Wuhan. Why this poses greater risk then a natural virus is because anything man made is going to be 10x lethal than a virus organically manifested. Given this pretext and knowing how the CHICOM mindset works, they will do everything in their power to not only cover it up, but to contain the virus to manageable proportions.
Well, that certainly is a theory that has been floated.

It just blows my mind that they would build such a facility so close to a populated area of 11 mil. Mind you there are only 4 in the world that handles such research and many scientists from other leading research institutes were highly critical of this when it was being built not only about their safety methods and lack thereof but the decision itself to build it so close to an urban populace. This is much worse than we know, and if word got out panic would ensue!
