Trump doesnât need to win in a court of law to get a 2nd term, he doesnât need to prosecute anyone or send anyone to jail. It doesnât matter if evidence is destroyed and people flee the country (except they wonât get punished). Trump just needs to convince the state legislature to appoint electors that will vote for him rather than Biden because the stateâs election was fraudulent. Thatâs it, and convince enough of the public too. He has to win a media battle not a courtroom battle.
