By now you probably read or heard the latest news about Hunter Biden using his free get out of jail card, an analogy of course for either his white privileged or using his fathers status as President to abscond justice in order to get special treatment. A perfect example of the two tiered justice system that we have in America today; one for the elite and political class and one for everyone else.
Federal charges have been filed against Hunter Biden in a case involving taxes and gun possession charge, he is expected to plead guilty to the tax charges only. He is expected to get pre-trial diversion for the gun charge.
DOJ is violating its own internal policies on this case. The Ashcroft Memo requires they charge the âhighest provable offenseâ and seek consistent sentences with other cases brought by DOJ. This prosecution is an absolute laughable joke. Thousands have been sent to prison for long terms for the same charges.
Merrick Garland of course is a total joke and this case pretty much confirms it so and leaves no further doubt that we are officially living in a banana republic.
Keep your powder dry folks! We did say it was going to get ugly and this case sends the rest of the country a clear message; that its open season on you and me!
Take a look at 18 USC 924(c) charges. Easy to prove given Hunter was distributed/dealing drugs with a firearm in his possession. Such charges were brought against thousands in inner cities across the country for last 20 years. Mandatory minimum sentences for all. Except Hunter.
Since Hunter âbrandishedâ his firearm during the commission of a drug crime, he would be looking at a mand min of 7 years in fed prison. DOJ could also add on top mand min possession of child pornography if any of the girls were underage, plus on top of that years for tax evasion
Still digesting all of this but the tax evasion being viewed as misdemeanor is perhaps the most shocking. If DOJ treated this consistently they would âsourceâ the money and they would see the movement of monies and they would clearly bring money laundering and conspiracy if others received the money or the funds went into shell companies then you may have a large conspiracy and sophisticated means to hide the illegal monies and movement. This would be hundred percent consistent with all other cases involving such schemes and would mean years in prison.
One canât truly appreciate how shocking this is by DOJ unless you have watched closely what DOJ has done over the past 30 years. This is the the most blatant hypocrisy that screams to the level of injustice many have suffered at the hand of DOJ pounding average Joe defendants!
Hunter Biden gets away with a slap on the wrist for tax and gun charges, and the media will close the book and report that âjustice has been served.â
What ever happen to Hunters little problem with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA)? The Justice Department uses this charge freely against Trump associates like Paul Manafort.
The most notable omission is the failure of any apparent investigation into the expanding scandal surrounding the influence-peddling operation of the Biden family. Attorney General Merrick Garland has blocked any appointment of a special counsel. This refusal has continued even with references to President Biden as âthe big guyâ who was supposed to receive a percentage of the deals and the recent disclosure of bribery allegations by a trusted FBI source.
Hunter cut a deal to reduce his child support for his daughter Navy while getting her to drop her request to actually be called a Biden. It is not clear what is a greater relief for the Biden family: that Hunter will not be known as a felon or Navy will not be known as a Biden. How does a real man walk away from their child? How does a grand dad and mom ignore one of their grand children? Speaks to what the Bidens are really like.
Everybody in the U.S. government has failed the American people at this point. Nobody is stepping up.
Everyone is either a shameless liar or a soulless grifter or a sleazeball propagandist or a gutless coward or a feckless politician or a worthless bureaucrat (who is âjust following ordersâ) or a pompous blowhard or a divisive race-baiter or a professional victim or some conbination of all of them.
So, this is how a great nation dies â from a lack of great people.
Another one in a list of USA ELITES to receive a slap on the
wrist or stood in a corner. Who would any of us here have a law7thyer to pay our tax bill??? And this took 5 yrs!!!
Canât wait to see how big of a joke his laptop case will be.
They get away with it because the American people allow them to. Remember that the US government works for the American people? Until âWe the Peopleâ stand up and make their voices heard this kind of two tiered justice system will continue because those holding on to such power have no fear of reprisal from the American electorate.
The whistleblowersâ testimony confirmed earlier reporting from Just the News regarding Hunter Biden tax case.
The DOJ allowed the statute of limitations to expire on alleged tax crimes dating from before 2017 involving hundreds of thousands of dollars more in undeclared income, including some from foreign firms such as Ukrainian gas firm Burisma.
The IRS criminal investigation team never learned that the FBI had recovered emails from Hunterâs laptop showing that the first son was aware by 2017 that he had not paid taxes on at least $400,000 in income from Burisma from 2014.
Neither the IRS nor the FBI agents investigating Biden ever saw the confidential human source information the FBI received and documented in a form FD-1023 outlining an alleged bribery deal in which a Burisma executive paid $5 million each to Hunter and another Biden family member.
Both Shapley and his unnamed subordinate provided statements that neither they, nor anyone of whom they were aware working on the case ever received the information relating to that alleged scheme and consequently never explored the matter. An affidavit from Shapley references comments from former Attorney General William Barr, who has publicly stated that he referred the information to an ongoing investigation in Delaware.
Barr spoke to the Federalist in early June, during which he refuted claims from Maryland Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin that he had shut down the investigation into the bribery allegation.
âItâs not true. It wasnât closed down,â he said. âOn the contrary, it was sent to Delaware for further investigation.â
