My Top Five War Movies

Yeah, that is horrible, and no doubt highlights one of humanities darkest episodes. Of course there are many, but I too have known friends whose families were refugees that immigrated to the US from those regions.

I watched the trailer, It looks good. Looks like Black Hawk Down.

The article you posted, says, “Instead of teaching wokeness, schools must show First They Killed My Father and Mr. Jones two recent films that tell the truth: that socialism is slavery and its lofty promises are terrible lies.”

I wonder about the evolution of Angelina Jolie. Supposedly her and her father have better communication. After what she must have learned after making this film, if she is at all realizing what leftists in the USA and the world, are doing?

And her and Brad Pitt are still in legal hell. I want to see Brad Pitt as the guy that beat the Manson family in Once upon a time in America.

I know very little about her, except that she was married to Brad Pitt and they had a number of foster children. I do think though that she is very aware of certain social issues that she cares about and she is not another one of these brain dead Hollywood retards trying to lecture people on how they should vote, and of course her father is 100% patriotic so I am sure some of his views and experience has had some influence on her.

I had mentioned Lebanon above.Great movie: Heaven and Earth was a good movie also. I read the book which is 100 times better than the movie.

ANGELINA J had her tits cut off because she was infected with a gene which would produce a deadly breast cancer.

Yeah those books were great.

The newer contemporaries are good however missed from the lists are the old WW2 black and whites.

Twelve O’Clock High
From Here to Eternity
Fires on the Plain
Casablanca

Few of the classics.

I read the book “From Here to Eternity”. The movie 99% different from the book!

As are most movies as they only have 2 or so hours to tell a story that should requires several hours.

Ignoring characters and under developed characters are normal in movies which changes the entire story.

The lack of credit that Platoon is getting around here makes me sick and it forces me to questions many of your characters around here and then to see people saying positive things about saving private Ryan only compounds the problem!! You guys need to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourselves what are you doing with your choice of movies

Joking but a little serious guys come on

As you clearly want some attention here’s some go and clean your room bucko

The film with The all-star cast

.

One of the best scenes: “I was here”

I enjoyed Platoon very much. I had a friend an ex-Green Beret, all he talked about was the scene when the Afro Soldier was being bayoneted. Pleasant Dreams!

I had mentioned Fires on the Plain earlier. That was a shocker. The others are classic as well.

From Desperate Journey (1942), Ronald Reagan takes out the Nazis’ “Iron Fist” (Raymond Massey) to the astonishment of Errol Flynn.
