My AR-15 is 'ready for you', Texas lawmaker tells Beto O'Rourke

So no line in the sand? Won’t tell me which guns I’m not allowed to own in your utopia?

You were just getting classier with each one right through the M1A. that last one was a move backward. HA

They might let the last one stand until the first time one is used in a mass shooting.

If they get the low hanging fruit of the AR’s and AK’s don’t thing that they won’t then turn around and ban whatever is used in each successive mass shooting until we’re left with single shot rifles, pistols and shotguns if that.

Those singles will of course have to be kept at an approved “shooting/hunt club” or your local/county police and checked out only when attesting an event or hunting for a specific number of days/hours per year which you may not exceed.

The average mass shooting is over in 3.5 minutes, the average home invasion about the same.

Average response time in the US? 4.5 minutes.

In all but the rarest of cases the police show up just in time to count the bodies, draw the chalk lines and do the paperwork.

You’ll either be spending upwards of 50k to prove your innocence under the SD laws of your state, or occupy the space in one of the chalk lines if they come in willing to kill to take your shit, kill your family, and rape you to death and then kill you on the way out in many cases.

You choose.

Make no mistake they want to disarm Americas citizens . Any compromise will be the beginning of the end !

What are you talking about, they both are threats…

Well, think I’m going to go to the range and put some holes in some paper. On the way, I’m going to go buy more ammo than I’m going to use so I can continue to stockpile ammo. Just to scare the hell out of the gun grabbers here, I have three of these full of 5.56 ammo for my AR and another two full of 7.62 ammo for a different AR. That’s just a portion of my ammo. Why so much? Because you never know when the fascists on the left are going to put prohibitive taxes on the ammo or even ban the public sale of it.

The arm waving, gesticulating idiot from Texas has gone beyond all sensible talk in claiming that we must “bring back” every assault weapon “out there”…either in a “buy back” program or a confiscation drive. He’s doing a good job hyping up support from the naive crowd of useful idiots that actually think everybody (including criminals) will comply with any new law or other demands to turn in, sell or destroy firearms of any sort.

What kind of drugs is this imbecile taking? Does he actually believe that criminals will cooperate in this effort? Does he not realize that any such legislation or executive order would disarm ONLY the law abiding citizens that would be more inclined to stop a mass shooting than initiate one? Does he ignore the Texas church shooting wherein a citizen from across the road stopped the killing by shooting back at the coward that was the perpetrator?

Crazy Beto may generate some comfort in the minds of fearful people that think guns are the root of our recurring gun violence. Our formidable task is to enlighten those that believe guns are the problem and that if we demand they be removed from out society, all will be well.

No, I sincerely doubt he believes half the crap he spouts or espouses on the subject.

He’s at the back of the pack and has to be outrageous to draw any attention at all so that’s what he’s doing.
