California mass shooting leaves at least 10 dead, others injured at Lunar New Year festival; suspect at large
A suspect remains at large after at least 10 people were killed and multiple others were injured in a mass shooting at a ballroom dance club in Monterey Park, California, late Saturday in an area where people were gathered to celebrate the Lunar New Year, authorities said.
Capt. Andrew Meyer from Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau confirmed early Sunday that 10 victims were pronounced dead at the scene, with 10 additional victims taken to local hospitals in various conditions ranging from stable to critical.
Meyer said the suspect, whom authorities earlier identified as a male, fled the scene after the shooting and remains on the loose. No description of the suspect was immediately available. What does that usually mean ?
Meyer said no further information on the firearm used was available at this time. He said it’s too early in the investigation to know whether the gunman knew any of the victims or whether it was a hate crime.
He also said police were investigating another incident in the nearby city of Alhambra to see whether it was connected. No injuries were immediately reported in that incident. [Biden] “directed her to make sure that the FBI is providing full support to local authorities, and to update him regularly today as more details are known,” Jean-Pierre wrote.
This year the US has a military budget of over $800 Billion to protect our country from it’s global enemies and to try to stay ahead of their firepower. The government has no problem with this - it is expected and accepted. Law abiding US citizens are in the same situation against criminals within the US and should have the same rights to match the firepower of criminals and protect themselves and their innocent loved ones.
As of 2020, there has only been one other mass shooter over the age of 70. The overwhelming majority of mass shooters in the Violence Project report were men. White men get the bold headlines and if the victim is black there will be thousands of headlines all over the entire World .

Quadruple shooting in SE Baltimore Saturday night. This happened the same night 100 black people rampaged through Baltimore’s tourist Mecca, the Inner Harbor. They were assaulting, stealing, attacking police in what none dare call a good old-fashioned race riot. Again.
Compared to the big riot of 2016, where 120 policemen were sent to the hospital after being on the wrong end of bottles and bricks and other violence at the hands of thousands of black people, it is easier to understand why local media were so eager to brush it off as just a few kids blowing off some steam.
“3 shot early Saturday near canal walk in Downtown Indianapolis.” The record for mass shootings there is 8, achieved while the Black Expo was in full swing.
“3 people shot in Mount Hope.” This came in front of the headquarters for a San Diego black motorcycle club. Yes, they have them. Yes, they are no strangers to hyper-violence.
Chance are these NEVER made the mainstream media or CNN ,.
An article on CNN is declaring that this is the 33rd mass shooting since the start of the new year. What they don’t say is that the majority of those “mass” shootings (3 or more people shot) have been inner-city, gang related crimes. The majority of those incidents don’t get reported beyond the local news media. All the left wing pundits quickly denounced the use of “assault weapons” by “white supremacists” attacking Asian people, only to find out that the shooter was an Asian senior citizen with handgun.
Too bad some of these victims weren’t armed. They would have had a chance to be alive & not victims.Give yourself & your loved ones a chance, carry a gun. Train like your life depends on it, it may one day. Dem Cites get what they deserve violence and victims for their utter stupidity !!!
