Based on the registration, I would assume that the government was letting DynCorp use their aircraft and not the other way around. Thatâs what the paperwork shows. In any event, thatâs not a tail number you would want to steal unless you were given permission to do so.
Epstein used this tail number to get in and out of the country without having to have his aircraft EVER checked.

Reasonable to assume that Epstein was paying Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett and no doubt multiple other Virgin Islands public officials off to look the other way. It may be part of the US, but it is a corrupt place.
Itâs likely what he was doing in New Mexico as well.
New York, too, if the construction/remodeling stories of his townhouse are any indication. Epstein got repeated fines for failing to comply with required inspections and received multiple complaints from neighbors. Noting was ever done about that.
