Israel denies entry to Tlaib and Omar

More suppression of civil liberties. It’s amazing how the fringe right and left always want to ban those who they disagree with…

BS, he complained about what had been done TO the country and vowed to do all he could to fix it.

Slowly he’s getting it done.

I have no problem banning those inciting violence in our country, who came here illegally to begin with or gained citizenship through fraud.

Omar gained her own citizenship and that of her brother through fraud, she should be stripped of her citizenship and booted out of the country.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s widely condemned decision Thursday to bow to President Trump’s pressure and bar two U.S. Democratic congresswomen from entering Israel was a calculated but risky move.

It appeased a demanding U.S. president with whom Netanyahu has long curried favor and whose support he will need as he faces reelection next month. But it also angered and alienated many in Congress, where Israel for years has enjoyed uncommon bipartisan support and received billions of dollars in aid.

Widely condemned by whom? Israel’s enemies? Enemies of the US? Democrats?

Imagine how much better off the US would be if radical Muslims were forbidden entry here. We know for a fact that at least 3000 citizens would still be alive.

A whole lot more than that since with no 9-11 there is no war in Afghanistan, probably none in Iraq, and no rise of ISIS as a result.

Actually, it would be smart to allow them entry without a red carpet. The Israeli government
should allow critics to enter and discuss their issues directly with Israeli officials. Israel appears to be a closed society.
Israel has nothing to lose and trump should keep his big mouth closed for a change because each time he flaps, he foments divisiveness.

JERUSALEM — Under intense pressure from President Trump, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government on Thursday barred two members of the United States Congress from entering Israel for an official visit, reversing a previous decision to admit two of the president’s most outspoken critics.

If they are here to foment radical stuff, then yes.

Quickly, Trump is undermining our democracy at home and alienating neighbors and allies abroad. He is destroying rather than fixing. What has he “slowly” been fixing?

Trump’s divisiveness is responsible for her rise to power. The guy has no clue about much of anything

Widely condemned by who exactly?

There’s no evidence presented there to support the claim of course.

Horse hockey, the stupidity of the electorate that put her in office and changing demographics of the district got her elected.

There’s no evidence Trump had anything to do with it.

You had a dream that Tlaib disappeared and really it’s true? Guess what? I had a wet dream that Tlaib was sleeping with me after she disappeared. Really, it’s true.

That wouldn’t be a dream it would be a horror show. Even absent her disgusting political stances she’s ugly as a mud fence.

I suppose native Americans could make the same argument about white Europeans that committed genocide upon them…:man_shrugging:

Precisely, AIPAC of all organizations has condemned this and perhaps the most pro Israel former senator of all, Joe Lieberman.

Right but…,of course that’s never going to happen.
