Impeachment: fight's on!

"David Mamet had a famous saying, essentially: … ‘in order for democrats, liberals, progressives et al to continue their illogical belief systems they have to pretend not to know a lot of things’ … By pretending ‘not to know’ there is no guilt, no actual connection to conscience. Denial of truth allows easier trespass.

This hate-filled Democrat ideology relies on our willingness to accept their lies, falsehoods, and scripted presentations; and then demands we grant benefit amid their seeds of doubt."

All for non related crimes nothing to do with collusion with the Russians.

Every politician surrounds themselves with liars and criminals as well as every president lies.

The point is that you amplify Trump as your dislike is more than obvious.

Bill Clinton was not impeached for the original thing that Ken Star was commissioned to pursue.

For some of us who know the law, Andrew McCarthy makes the most poignant point of all in this entire impeachment fiasco debate, and at the end of the day, this will not hold up even in the loosest of terms. Watch the video at 3:30 Mark! Mic Drop! End of Discussion!

"IMO what needs to come out is some hard evidence of the Ukraine corruption with clear documentation of money being paid to “specific Americans”

At that point the majority of honest Americans will see the truth that this is another lie, scheme, fraud projected to frame PT in order to hide THEIR evil doings.

I’m not sure if Barr in the end is going to step up or remain on the sidelines so the evidence may have to come via the Ukraine investigations or Rudy’s digging.

It’s so unfortunate when all of this is ignored and allowed:

1) They made up a dossier to harm the President

2) They tried to label PT as a Russian Agent

3) They said PT colluded with the Russians

4) They back doored the known, fake Dossier so it could be used within a FISA warrant

5) They knowingly used a fake dossier 4 times on a FISA court

6) They allowed and then ignored the use of a non secure server by a senior government official

7) They allowed and ignored the use of bleach bit to destroy a government computer

8) They allowed and ignored the destructions of thousands of government emails.

9) They allowed and ignored the destruction of government issued cell phones

10) They allowed and ignored gross bias by investigators

11) They “misplaced” evidence

12) They never confiscated and examined a server that was at the heart of the Russian Collusion allegation.

13) They never used their own forensics on the alleged hacked server and accepted via a piece of paper the conclusion from a 3rd party organization.

14) They identified in their report that key operatives were Russian agents when they knew all along they were western agents

15) They setup up people within the Trump administration and kept exculpatory evidence from coming forward

16) They leaked over and over to the media to help promote their false narrative

17) They came forward with a 2nd hand or 3rd hand whistleblower and then 30 days before changed the WB rules to allow hearsay as being OK to use to try an impeach a President

18) They have ignored a WB who has FIRST HAND knowledge and information and came forward to the FBI in 2015 and gave them 47 hard drives of evidence of spying and gathering information on Americans including a SC justices.

19) They allowed contractors unfettered access to search queries within the NSA database

20) They ignored the evidence when Adm Rodger did just a 6 month audit of 702 queries and found 85% were non compliant

21) They have ignored a WB who was on the inside of the Uranium One scandal with FIRST HAND knowledge and information.

22) They ignore a real possible quid pro quo, video where the person clearly says we won’t do this unless this happens

Ask yourself, from all of this how is it possible the DOJ can’t seem to find one criminal code violation so far to prosecute, not one!

There has been zero accountability, zero indictments and the American people are still searching for the rule of law to be applied to all."

But there is to impeachment investigation, just committees flailing aboult trying to dig up anything.

A formal impeachment inquiry gives Republican representatives subpoena power, something the Democrats don’t want, as many inconvenient facts may emerge, such as Rep. Adam Schiff being a fact witness in the actual impeachment process.

What did Schiff know and when did he know it about the Ukraine whistleblower?
Not to mention democrats in swing districts may find themselves out of a job when put on the record.

And the much vaunted polls:
Huffington Post surveyed 1000 U.S. citizens, not likely voters.
The poll reported that President Trump should be impeached by a 44 to 40 percent margin. Yet their survey population was 36 percent Democrat and only 24 percent Republican,

The Economist/YouGov Poll from September 28-October 1 also surveyed U.S. citizens, not likely voters. Their survey sample was also weighted Democrat, skewing the results, with 53 percent Democrat and only 36 percent Republican

And a different poll:
Monmouth University from September 23-29. The sample was better than the above two polls, favoring Democrats by only four points, 30 percent Democrat and 26 percent Republican. Such a sample produced a different result too. When asked if President Trump should be impeached and removed from office, 44 percent said yes compared with 52 percent saying no.

With the 3 example which take time to find inconsistencies, how many more are skewed/fake polls for the medias benefit of pushing a story?

Are Americans today?
A Rasmussen survey found that Americans are angry. 53 percent of likely voters are angry at the President, 49 percent are angry at his political opponents, but 61 percent are angry at the media.

How can this be???

Trump approval climbs to highest level of 2019 amid impeachment inquiry

President Trump’s approval ticked up to 49 percent — its highest mark this year, according to a new Hill-HarrisX survey released on Wednesday.

The figure marks a 2-point increase from a Sept. 11-12 poll, but a 2-point decrease from its previous peak of 51 percent in August 2018.

Trump’s disapproval rating, meanwhile, dropped to 51 percent, which marks his lowest level so far this year.

The nationwide survey was conducted on Sept. 28 and 29, less than a week after House Democrats launched a formal impeachment inquiry into Trump over concerns raised in a whistleblower’s complaint about the president’s communications with Ukraine.

House Democrats threatened Wednesday morning to subpoena the White House for documents related to Trump’s dealings with Ukraine as part of their impeachment inquiry.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) said in a memo that House committees have repeatedly tried to obtain voluntary compliance from Trump officials, but the White House has “refused to engage with — or even respond to — the Committees."

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) held a joint news conference later that morning, warning that attempts by the White House to “stonewall” the impeachment inquiry and “conceal facts” would be considered an obstruction of justice.

President Trump, meanwhile, has warned about the implications of a potential impeachment, and claimed that Democrats are just trying to hurt the country.

“The Do Nothing Democrats should be focused on building up our Country, not wasting everyone’s time and energy on BULLSHIT,” Trump tweeted following the news conference.

HarrisX researchers surveyed 1,000 registered voters. The margin of error for the full sample is plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.

Here is an interesting quote from “Oldsalty”

“ Here’s what I don’t understand about the entire “CIA whistle-blower” meme.

I once was a US Navy Officer. I had Top Secret, and Immediate Top Secret clearances, at one time or another. I had access to things like the US and NATO war plans for European (and especially UK) mobilization. I took and/or signed multiple oaths related to National Security.

So, one day let’s say I overhear something in an office or on the phone that I think is Reagan (my President, back in the day) or maybe Clinton (unfortunately, also my President at one point) doing something “wrong” for purely partisan political purposes, to win an election. So, I file a “whistle-blower report” (ignore the dates; I don’t think the law existed when I was originally commissioned) with the OIG (or maybe Navy JAG, to keep this consistent). But before that, I run to my local Congressman, let’s say his name was Comrade Bernie Sanders, and I tell him all about the suspected “evil deeds” of the President. In the process, to document those deeds, I give up half of the nation’s European war plans, and some how, doncha know it, those thingy’s leak from somewhere to the “public domain”, and is eventually traced back to me.

Now, do I get the deluxe Democrat media spin treatment? Is my identity carefully concealed? Do I have high powered lawyers paying my expenses, raising defense funds, and representing me? Does the House try to find a hiding place to put me in, to “shield me” from any potential repercussions? Uh….not really. I would be convicted of espionage, Court Martialed, and go to Federal prison for probably the rest of my natural life. “But I’m a whistle-blower!! But I’m a whistle-blower!!” I cry, as I’m dragged away in chains.

*Now, switch back to “real life”. How in the heck can this CIA agent/analyst/janitor (who knows?) escape legal jeopardy for revealing, and/or causing to be revealed, the classified conversation of the US President with a foreign leader? If this guy/gal/it didn’t actually leak the recording or transcript, his complaint quoted from at least part of it. In fact, this guy/gal/it was blowing the whistle on something entirely out of his area of authority. It’d be as if I not only (in my scenario) revealed Top Secret European war plans that I had direct access to as a part of my job, but also tossed in the plan to defend Japan, just because I could. *

The way the “law” now reads, at least for the CIA, anyone who has “rumors” about anything, can blow security, reveal classified information, as long as it’s considered politically valuable for the Democrat party (well, I tossed that last subjective part in, because that’s how ICIG Atkinson seems to have applied the law in this case, subsequent to his change of the whistle-blower rules for CIA). That ICIG just gutted national security. By his standard, there’s not a single classified state “secret” that can’t be released, as long as it’s by a “Whistle-blower”, based upon this standard. I’ll bet Bradley Manning (a.k.a. “dickless Chelsea”) wishes this was in effect before he released his USAF secrets.”

The bipartizan whistleblower law is designed to protect the rule of law and hence the constitution from the Administration (inc. Ex branch) corruption…
When you are left smearing and trying to intimidate the whistleblower (and/or the investigators) it’s like defending a criminal by avoiding the facts. I hope you can follow this easily.
