While there may be some crimes committed within crimes that are treated more seriously because of it I’ve never heard of that where Illegal Aliens as Illegal Aliens are concerned.
Not specifically as illegals, no. But there are plenty of cases of plea bargains where the prosecutor went full boar on charging someone to make an example out of them. Just pointing out, this wouldn’t exactly be a first, either.

I think President Trump woke up a lot of Americans to the immigration problem. Now that Americans are woke to it they aren’t going to go back to sleep and forget about it.
Trump has two years to deliver on immigration. Ann Coulter made an interesting point over the weekend. If Bernie Sanders would move to the right on immigration she would vote for him on that single issue. That’s how pissed off long time conservatives are about this issue.
This certainly isn’t true. If they are caught they are subject to all the civil and criminal penalties US citizens are subject to.
Of course if they flee back south of the border before being caught that’s a completely different equation.
